El propietario del inmueble es un ex coronel con d...

El propietario del inmueble es un ex coronel con demasiadas normas. El apartamento no está preparado en absoluto. La ducha no funcionaba y tuvimos que arreglarla. El salpicadero de la cocina perdía agua y era peligroso cocinar. No habían ni 4 vasos, ni jabón, ni papel de cocina ni nada. En las fotos aparecen una barbacoa y una mesa grande que jamás vas a utilizar. El propietario nos dijo que no podíamos utilizarla por los fuegos de Croacia, y creímos en ello, aunque curiosamente la limpió para otros inquilinos para que la utilizaran. La vivienda se estructura en 3 estancias. Un primer piso donde residen los propietarios, y dos pisos encima para alquilar. Jamas penséis que alquiláis todo el inmueble. Le pedimos aceite y papel de water y nos dijo que en 20 años jamas le habian pedido nada. Eso si, nos lo dio a regañadientes. A mi por no hablar bien en ingles me dijo “porca miseria”. En fin, el piso esta muy dejado por el precio que hay que pagar. No vale para nada la pena.

Très bel appartement. Manque de rien. Propriétaire super sympa. Vue magnifique sur les mer et les îles. Avons passé une semaine très agréable.
