The complex has 2 community pools, one of the pools is heated and opens all year round , 1 children's pool, playground and shared barbecue. Within walking distance you will find bars and restaurants and just a short drive away you will find the port of Duquesa. The apartment has air conditioning in hot and cold air and is equipped with a clock .
