This wooden lodge sits in the Scottish village of Strathpeffer and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Otter Lodge is a log cabin in the woodlands of Strathpeffer in the Scottish Highlands. It comes with two bedrooms; a double and a twin room, along with a family bathroom it can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area as well as a utility. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a decked veranda with furniture along with surrounding woodland. Otter Lodge is the perfect hideaway for a cosy retreat. Note: Unfenced pond near property, children to be supervised. Note; The lodge is a walk down a gravel track, no parking directly outside the property, may not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are two steps up to the lodge. If you have any limited mobility, please look at PR 974034 Eagle Lodge which is a shorter walk from parking and flat access. This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights

Nice Log Cabin, but could be improved to make outdoor space more use able.

Nice setting but rather untidy rather than idilic. We had a couple of problems with the cabin but the house keeper and owners addressed these promptly and without making a fuss. No use able outdoor s pace as furniture in verandah needs to be upgraded. Nearby there are some lovely walks and there is a great deli in the village with a fantastic range of gin.
