A short distance from the most beautiful beaches in the area (Lu Impostu, Tahiti, San Teodoro) New terraced house on two floors in a very nice, quiet and private residence.
On the ground floor small garden, entrance to living room with maxi sofa bed, TV cabinet, open kitchen and bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the veranda equipped with dining table and sofas for pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air and to a further small garden.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven and is complete with dishes and pots.
External cellar with washing machine.
Upstairs double bedroom with French window access to a further veranda overlooking the sea, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning throughout the house.

Très bien situé. Résidence très calme. Les plages sont à proximité mais il faut utiliser sa voiture. Attention aux poubelles, la propriétaire ne nous avait pas expliqué le premier jour et donner tous les sacs nécessaires pour effectuer le tri. Agréable séjour en famille.
