We are big dog lovers but allow one and need approval for more than one please just ask.

Hi, I’m Cindy. I’m a local real estate agent in Charleston with AgentOwned Realty on Isle of Palms. I truly love what I do and especially enjoy working with wonderful families who often become friends over time.
Dog rescue is a big passion of mine, and my four-legged crew keeps life fun and entertaining. I walk my dogs on Sullivan’s Island every morning and have missed very few days in the 18 years I’ve lived here. Crossing the Isle of Palms bridge at sunrise and seeing the ocean never gets old — it still takes my breath away.
I raised three wonderful children here in the Mount Pleasant area, and now that they’re grown, I’m enjoying this next chapter of life. My dogs now rule the roost!
Originally we’re from Vail, Colorado, but many years ago we traded the ski slopes for the beach — and have never looked back.

Why they chose this property
If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!!
Our vacation home is open, light and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

What makes this property unique
This home has a living room with TV and a family room with a TV. A long porch connects 2 yards, one shaded for the pooches and one patio style for entertaining. Everything in the house has a unique story...and is decorated with quality. I think when our guest arrive they drive in wondering where they are ...and then the biggest compliment is how much they love the house and then by the time they leave .....can't believe how convenient it is to everything.
