Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem großen alten Haus verbracht. Glen Lyon ist ein landschaftlich tolles Tal, wenig Tourismus, gute Ausflugs- und Wander-möglichkeiten. Abends kann man manchmal Wild beobachten. Eher für Selbstversorger geeignet, da Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten relativ weit entfernt sind. Im Haus gab es leichte Abstriche: das Wasser in der Dusche floß schlecht ab, die Matratzen sind ziemlich alt, die Fenster waren länger nicht geputzt worden. Seltsam war, dass sich niemand blicken ließ, weder zur Begrüßung noch zwischendurch oder vor der Abreise. Die schriftliche Kommunikation hatte geklappt. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
