Amazing as always

We've been to Pera Meria twice and still mean to come back soon. The house is very cozy, Alekos is very accomodating and it's close to the best beaches in Kea.

Cozy and beautiful stone house, perfect to relax and enjoy Kea.

We really enjoyed our week in Pera Meria. The house has everythung you need, and its perfectly located so that its close to amazing beaches but also close to the port and the capital. We ate every meal outside under the shade of an oak tree. Overall, we had a perfect week! Looking forward to coming back

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la petite maison d’Alekos et aurions volontiers prolongé notre séjour tant l’île et la maison nous ont plu. L’architecture de la maison est typique de l’île et parfaite en tout point : simple et confortable. Voiture indispensable mais beaucoup de sentiers sur l’île (ne manquez pas celui pour aller à Karthaia !) Merci Alekos, hôte accueillant, disponible et généreux !

Μαγικό μέρος

Πραγματικά είναι ένα ονειρεμένο μέρος για διακοπές. Είναι πανέμορφο,με εύκολη πρόσβαση, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία της Συκαμιάς, του Καληδονυχιου (το αγαπημένο μας) και του Σπαθιου. Ο κος Αλέκος ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικός, αυθεντικός και δίπλα μας σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε. Το ίδιο το σπίτι είναι πολύ όμορφο, εξυπηρετικό και καλαίσθητο. Η θέα και οι εξωτερικοί χώροι φανταστικοί. Θα ξανάρθουμε οπωσδήποτε!

Il luogo ideale per chi vuole fare una vacanza al mare in totale tranquillità

La proprietà di Alekos è in collina, in una bellissima zona calma e ventilata che rende la casa sempre fresca e silenziosa. La casa è piccola ma accogliente, ideale per una coppia. Lo spazio esterno offre diversi confort tra cui un'amaca e un tavolino dove mangiare e godere della natura in cui la casa è immersa totalmente. La posizione risulta davvero comoda per la vita quotidiana: la spiaggia più vicina dista solo un quarto d'ora di macchina, così come il supermercato e la capitale Ioulida. Con una mezzora invece si raggiunge quasi ogni punto dell'isola. Il proprietario Alekos è una persona gentilissima, ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio ed è stato disponibile nei momenti in cui avevamo bisogno di lui. Sicuramente un posto consigliato a coppie in cerca di un'angolino di paradiso.
