We're so glad that you had a good time! We hope to see you again some time.
If you love nature and tranquility this spot is perfect! The house is comfortable and clean and what makes this place truly special is the location and warm welcome from Clare and Andy. During our stay we were lucky to see beavers, vultures, kingfishers as well as hearing owls, deer and some animals dancing on the roof in the night!
The village of Sainte Enimie is really close for restaurants and provisions and from there you can pick up the footpaths running along the river Tarn, with stunning scenery at every turn.
Would definitely recommend you visiting here without hesitation.
This old stone house is built up against a cliff in the Tarn River Gorge, a place of exceptional beauty. We stayed in early spring and enjoyed the fresh greenery, bird songs and the occasional fox sighting. It's very secluded yet convenient to town and exploring the area. The house has a well equipped kitchen, good lighting, a comfy sofa for evenings and a very good bed. The porch offers a fine view of the river and canyon and is great for eating out. Clare and Alex have worked hard to make this a five-star experience, and we appreciate their hospitality.

Thank you so much for such a lovely review Tom. It was truly a pleasure to meet you and Debbie and to share our little corner of tranquility with you!
I'm so glad you had a good time, I hope that our paths cross again sometime. All our very best.

We're very glad you had a nice time.
We had severe storms while you were with us (as did the rest of France) that badly damaged our path and unfortunately it could not be repaired whilst you were with us, but I'm happy to say that it was completed just after you left.
Peaceful location by River Tarn in a beautiful setting
A wonderful stay in Clare and Andy's beautiful gite near the banks of the river Tarn. The wild flowers and wildlife in the area were amazing and the wildlife environment that Clare and Andy are creating was inspirational. A great area to stay with plenty of activities - we particularly enjoyed canoeing on the river - and some beautiful villages. We had a great time and hope to return.

A bientôt, j'espère!
