Vacanza bellissima. La casa in cui siamo stati ospiti è davvero molto bella e funzionale. Ben fornita di tutto l’occorrente, fresca, pulita, ben posizionata e con un giardino semplicemente stupendo. I proprietari della casa sono persone gentilissime e discrete, davvero accoglienti. Se torneremo in questa zona della Sardegna, non esiteremo a tornare in questa casa.

MariaPaola deliziosa sempre disponibile la strutturace' bellissima con un parco meraviglioso curatissimo molto tranquillo. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi conforto pace relax. La posizione della struttura e' comodissima sia x l'accesso al mare che x i servizi supermarket vicini mercato locale tutti martedi' a Pula

La location incantevole, un giardino creato e gestito da chi sa cos’è la botanica e la floricultura. Locatari gentili , discreti , disponibili e si vede da subito che sono delle persone buone e genuine. La posizione è eccellente poiche’ si è subito sia a Pula che a Chia e in 35 minuti ad Elmas. La casa è ottima per una famiglia . Il rientro a casa post spiaggia gustandosi il giardino, vale solo quello il prezzo della vacanza. Tutto eccellente!

Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

Das Haus liegt mit 2 weiteren Ferienwohnungen und der Wohnung der Vermieter auf einem großen mit vielen Palmen bewachsenem Gartengrundstück. In etwa 400 Meter Entfernung erreicht man die Durchgangsstraße, die SS195. Von dort kann man nach Cagliari oder in der Gegenrichtung nach Teulada bzw. zu den bekannten Stränden bei Chia fahren. Die Lage ist gut für Touren im Südwesten der Insel. Den nächsten Strand erreicht man auch zu Fuss in etwa 20 Min, oder im Walking Tempo in 15 Min, Jogging unter 10 Min. Im Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist umzeunt und wird mit einem ferngesteuerten Tor geöffnet. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Pula, ca 4 km über die SS195, im Sommer durchgehend, auch Sonntags, geöffnet.

Belle prestation avec de charmants propriétaires

Accueil chaleureux dans un cadre verdoyant et tranquille. L'habitation est de qualité et très fonctionnelle. (maison récente et bien équipée - Attention, pas de WIFI dans la maison, pour le moment). La proximité d'une plage et des commodités et commerçants (Luna) est un plus. Agréables vacances donc.

Tolle Lage für Ausflüge

Sehr hilfsbereite und liebe Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder. Die Wohneinheiten sind sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit Auto und Fahrrad bestens geeignet. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus) vorhanden. Allerdings haben wir das nicht ausprobiert. Großer, eingezäunter Garten mit sehr viel Grün.

Bellissimo soggiorno. Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 settimane presso l'appartamento e siamo stati benissimo! La casa è accogliente, silenziosa, fresca e pulita. C'è tutto il necessario ed è tutto molto ben tenuto. Il giardino è molto curato e la mattina è davvero rilassante fare colazione nella veranda. Maria Paola e suo marito sono due persone davvero deliziose, disponibili, simpatiche (tanto piacevoli le chiacchierate con loro, sempre pronti a dare buoni consigli) e molto accorte al benessere degli ospiti e della casa. Sicuramente consigliato e spero di poter tornare l'anno prossimo!

Superbe

Logement superbe, très bien équipé et très propre, il y a tout le nécessaire compris produits de base, conforme à la description, bonne literie. Très bon emplacement à 6km de Pula ville très animée avec plein de bons restos et glaciers.....également bien positionné pour les belles plages. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et gentilles, font le maximum pour communiquer en français (Merci Google translate dictaphone). Le jardin type tropical est vert et superbe, apporte fraîcheur. La clim permet de rafraîchir le soir avant le coucher. Sur la propriété il y a 3 locations mais bien disposées et protégés par la végétation, il n'y a vraiment pas de vis à vis et les propriétaires sont très discrets. Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons ici. Pour information nos forfaits chez Free ne fonctionnent pas en Sardaigne (Je ne sais pas pourquoi car à Rome cela marchait) du coup nous avons pris une sim locale à 30€ avec partage de connexion pour tout le monde, le wifi et téléphone de la maison étant de plus en panne lors de notre séjour. Bref que du bon nous recommandons cette location.

Accueil très sympathique et endroit au calme

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances dans cette maison. L'accueil de Maria et San Giovani est top ! L'occasion de discuter avec les Sardes. La maison est très propre, fraîche et spacieuse. La terrasse à l'ombre est très appréciable. Enfin, le jardin est super pour les enfants. Nous recommandons. Grazie Mille Maria et San Giovani

Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, Vermieter sehr freudlich. Lage: sehr ruhig, aber abgelegen. Es empfiehlt sich so oder so mit dem Auto die Gegend zu erkundigen (Bilderbuch-Strände) somit spielt die Abgelegenheit keine grosse Rolle.
