Could use some additions

It is big but really doesn’t have much furniture.Two decks on the main floor have no furniture at all except pots for the plants. The roof deck is very large, the beautiful wood sun chairs on it have no cushions, none are available. There are no umbrellas. There is a shade up there though, over the dining table. We had to buy a fry pan, all the pots and pans supplied, except one, were pealing non stick. The coffee maker is tiny. A bit of sewer smell in the bathrooms on occasion, water pressure marginal. European washer/dryer, very clean, people are very nice, English isn’t spoken, we don’t speak Spanish but everyone tries. Worked fine for us. We traveled there without the language, they were very patient. .Right next to a large grocery/variety store and a great fruit and veggie place is a couple of blocks. A big street taco area is also very close. It is about three blocks to 5th Ave, all the shopping and restaurants you could ever go to. A couple of large malls in addition to the tourists shops along 5th. A couple minutes to a few beach clubs past that. The ferry to Cozumel is about a 15 minute walk. Three mini split AC units keep the place comfortable. Liked the security. There was a doorman there pretty much always.

This sounds negative but is informational not critical

As we were traveling to Playa del Carmen I got a message that there was an electrical problem at our place and that the hosts were putting us up at a hotel nearby. They did exactly that and it was a lovely hotel and stay for two nights. Up to that point communication had been excellent and it still was to a point. I realize that trying to know when workers are going to be finished with a project is difficult. On day three a woman arrived with a car and said she was there to take us to the apartment. She took two of us and luggage but never returned for the other two. The apartment lacked a television and the Super Bowl was a couple of days off. Again yes we would get a TV but when? They can’t depend on TV guy to fix it in a timely fashion. We did get a TV in time for the game but we should have had a TV from day oneThe dishes. And kitchen supplies were OK not great. We had to ask for a new fryingpan as the teflon was coming off. The place sleeps six but there is a 5 cup coffee maker A real plus is that they give you provisions for breakfast but you have no idea what they have. After buying several items we found out that they were included. A list should be provided. Two rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom for two weeks. Most everything we asked for we got but never sure how much and whenTwo of us were fluent in Spanish. That helped but if you are not it could be a bit frustratingThe place was clean, spacious, bright and cheery. Big supermarket in the next block

El apartamento es enorme, cómodo y hermoso. Todo esta impecable, el personal es sumamente profesional y amable, la ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad, todo es accesible.

Excelente estancia en playa del carmen

El departamento fue exactamente el que reservamos, es muy espacioso, está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila con todas las facilidades, está rodeado de supermercados, bancos restaurantes, no necesitamos rentar coche ni tomar taxi, llegamos caminando a la 5ta avenida y a la playa, sin duda una excelente opción para hospedarte en Playa del Carmen, volvería reservar sin pensarlo.

Buena ubicación pero ruidoso

Positivo: Ubicación, velocidad de internet, funcionamiento de los aires acondicionados. Negativo: En la calle lateral del edificio estacionan micros que permanecen con los motores encendidos a la madrugada y accionan una alarma cada vez que hacen marcha atrás. Lo mismo sucede con los camiones que descargan mercadería en el supermercado de al lado. Sería conveniente que haya más elementos para cocinar. Por último había hormigas en la cocina y la suite
