Tolle Unterkunft - super Blick - sehr netter Kontakt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, entspricht genau der Beschreibung und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Gardasee. Andrea ist ein sehr zuverlässiger und netter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps für gute Restauurants gegeben hat. Hier kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hin.

Amazing lake view

We rented the north apartment of Kiara Sunset villa which is set on the hillside above Torri Del Benaco. This is a beautiful villa with 2 ground floor apartments with access to a sun deck area and whirlpool at the rear of the villa. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults with a beautiful bathroom and modern interiors. The fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The only downside was no oven in the property which restricted our cooking options but was not a huge problem. A good sized patio area with outdoor high quality table and chairs is accessed through large sliding doors. The views from the property are simply stunning and the main reason we chose this property. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfecto

This property is lovely and in a beautiful location. The flat was clean and perfectly fitted out and the owners (who live upstairs) were friendly and helpful but left you to enjoy yourself uninterrupted. The property is in the lovely town of Albasino with gorgeous views of the lake, a great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. I’ve already recommended it to friends.

Einzigartiger Ausblick mit einem Dämpfer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, neu wertig, geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Lediglich eine Küchenschere hat gefehlt. Auch der Ausblick von der einladenden Terrasse ist großartig. Ebenso waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Wermutstropfen gibt es jedoch. Direkt am Grundstück anliegend befindet sich eine Art Bauhof, wo werktags häufiger Lärm durch Beladen/Entladen von LKWs u.ä. die Idylle störte.

Guten Tag, Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Bewertung; leider konnten wir nichts dagegen tun, dass während Ihres Aufenthaltes die Baustelle unseres Nachbarhauses (das im Winter komplett renoviert wurde) abgebaut wurde. Ich kann verstehen, dass Ihnen das in einigen Stunden des Tages Unannehmlichkeiten verursacht hat. Was die Fehlfunktion eines der Gaskocher betrifft, der wurde wahrscheinlich von unserer Putzfrau während der Reiningung nicht richtig zurück posizioniert. Es hätte ausgereicht, ihn einfach richtig zu platzieren. Mfg Andrea

Perfetto!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Kiara verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung sowie das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sehr schön. Den tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee haben wir sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Jacuzzi jeden Tag genossen. Lieber Andrea, wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die gute Betreuung und die vielen Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants.
