Renovated to nine in 2017, this character house facing south with a magnificent view of the bay of Concarneau and the Glénan Archipelago, offers the calm of the countryside 5 minutes from the city center and the walled city.
By the coastal path reach the beach on foot 350 meters and Kernous beach 500 meters.

On the ground floor a warm living room overlooking the large terrace and garden, a kitchen also overlooking the terrace, a toilet, a master suite and an adjoining bathroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all sea view, including a large master suite with bathroom; a double room and a twin room, a large bathroom, a separate toilet.
