Country house in the heart of Asturias 5 minutes from Oviedo.

Townhouse in a village in the countryside, for 4 people, 5 minutes by car from the center of Oviedo, public transport, bus and train near the house. Beautiful views and very sunny, quiet area, has a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and all kinds of services a few meters from the house.
The house is distributed on two floors, living room, dining room, full kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, bathroom and dressing room second floor. Outside private garden very quiet ideal for rest.
The house is fully equipped, both the rooms and the bathroom and of course the kitchen and dining room complete. They also have a table and chairs to enjoy the garden.
The garden of the house is at the exclusive disposal of the guests. It is accessed from outside.
The communication is excellent.
Less than 5 minutes from the house there is a link to the highway to move anywhere in Asturias. It also has a bus and train a few meters from the house.

A proximité de tout commerce, pour les visites d autres villes ,il faut une heure ,sinon Oviedo ,10 min (top) Et Angela très très gentil,des petites attentions a l arrivée, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions durant tout le séjour De bonnes adresses 👍 En ce qui concerne le logement,fonctionnel ,il a tout le nécessaire Seul point négatif pour nous ,le jardin et la vue. Pas d accès direct sur le jardin (original) Et la vue sur jardin du voisin et le stade de foot Mais merci a Angela pour le séjour 👍

Fijn vakantiehuis

De ontvangst is vriendelijk, met een leuk welkomstpakket op het aanrecht en in de koelkast. De gastvrouw is behulpzaam, en geeft goede tips. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt heel centraal, om zowel Oviedo, als de kust, als de bergen ten zuiden van San Claudio te bezoeken. Er is een grote ruim gesorteerde supermarkt op loopafstand. Wij hebben er een prima vakantie gehad!

Hemos estado muy bien, disfrutando del buen tiempo y de las playas que son espectaculares, aunque un poco alejadas. También excursiones por los parques naturales. La casa está bien excepto la zona de jardín.

Maison conforme à la description, fonctionnelle. L hôtesse ne pouvant se déplacer, une amie nous a accueilli : bonnes explications , très agréable et les échanges avec Google traduction étaient très fluides. Le quartier est par contre éloigné de oviedo, mais sur la route de la cote.

Se trata de una casa antigua con decoración alegre y en una zona tranquila y con buenas vistas al campo. La pega es que el desagüe del baño olía mal y había que tener la ventana abierta y la puerta cerrada. La propietaria muy amable y dispuesta.

sejour agréable dans les asturies

petite maison agréable et très propre. supermarché à qq mn à pieds (rayons poissons, viandes, boulangerie..) très pratique. acces rapide (4 voies) pour rayonner entre mer et montagne. Beaucoup de randonnées à faire (et du surf). Angela est force de propositions en fonction de nos souhaits d'activités et est très accueillante.

Descanso y desconexión

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa. En las fotos se aprecia tal y como es. Está muy bien ubicada, a un paso de Oviedo y bien conectada por transporte público y carretera. La casa es muy cómoda y acogedora y todo está impecable a nivel de limpieza, muebles, la cocina con todo lo necesario. Y qué decir de la anfitriona! Ángela ha sido súper amable desde el primer momento y ha estado atenta a nosotros para que estuviésemos bien y no tuviésemos problema hasta el momento de salir. Sin duda, recomendamos y repetiremos!

Preciosa y confortable casita en zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. Tal y como aparece en el anuncio. La casa lo tiene todo para estar cómodamente. Está cerca del bus y tren así que te puedes mover perfectamente sin necesidad de coche. Ángela muy atenta. No dudaré en alojarme de nuevo en mi próxima estancia en Asturias.

Une maison sympathique

La maison se compose d'un rez de chaussée (salon, salle à manger et cuisine) et d'un étage ( chambres à coucher, dressing et salle de bain) et à l'extérieur d'un jardin privatif arboré. Le stationnement se fait dans la rue à proximité. La maison est décorée de façon très agréable et il fait bon y vivre. A proximité à quelques minutes de voiture on trouve un supermarché et on rejoint très rapidement Oviedo capitale des Asturies. L'emplacement nous offre le calme d'une maison en périphérie d'une grande ville et tous les avantages ( restaurants, visites touristiques etc ) . Un séjour rendu agréable par un logement lui même agréable.

Comfortable house in village outside Oviedo

Two of us stayed here for a week in September. It's a great base from which to explore the area near Oviedo - great hiking and beautiful coastline. Easy bus ride into the city of Oviedo and road connections across N Spain are excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Kitchen well equipped and local supermarket convenient. No sink plugs in bathroom, so remember your international plug! We didn't use the garden. We were able to park easily around the corner from the house. Angela was really helpful and was always available to help with any questions we had. We would definitely go back.
