Very comfortable and spacious villa with pool near Hua-Hin, Thailand

The villa is large, about 130 m2 with a terrace of 60 m2, and is located 15 minutes drive from Hua-Hin, famous seaside resort of Thailand.
Recent villa (2016) and well maintained, it is located in a residence of about sixty villas. Neighbors are mostly Western, mostly French-speaking and English-speaking.
It has a private pool 10 m long and 1m30 deep, essential to cool because it is very often beautiful and hot. Unheated since naturally heated by the sun. Be careful, no safety system for children (tarpaulin type or audible alarm).
The residence has a free shuttle bus 4 times a day to and from Hua-Hin, 24-hour security, garden and pool maintenance twice a week. No shuttles on Sundays and holidays.
The shuttle is available one hour in advance, by phone or directly at the office at the entrance of the residence.
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, gas hobs.
Also at your disposal: toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cooking utensils if you want to cook at home.
In the kitchen area, possibility to eat on the work plan for 3 people.
For larger tables, the table on the terrace can accommodate 6 people.
The washing machine is located in a separate room, near the trees of the garden.
The living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, standing fans and air conditioning.
Water and electricity are charged in addition to the rental price.
An advance is charged upon booking as follows:
Water: 2. 5 € per night
Electricity: 1 € per holiday maker and per night
We check the meter on arrival and departure and we refund on the spot at the time of departure if the consumption was lower than the advance already paid.
If the consumption was greater in advance, the surplus is payable locally at the end of the stay.
The water is 20 THB (about 0. 53 €) per m3.
The electricity is 5 THB (about 0. 13 €) the kwh.
For comparison, in my town in France, the m3 of water is 4. 2 € and the electricity is 0. 16 €
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one large which overlooks the terrace with pool. The large bedroom has an extra-large bed, a dressing room and a large bathroom with shower and 2 basins.
A tropical shower is also accessible from the terrace and the large bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed, share the 2nd bathroom.
An outdoor shower, in the garden, in front of the swimming pool allows to refresh during hot weather.
The terrace is equipped with 2 large sofas, a coffee table, a large table for 6 people and 2 deckchairs.
The terrace is largely covered because the sun can hit hard.
The villa has free and unlimited internet access with a very satisfactory flow.
A box allows to receive many channels from several countries and in several languages.
French channels are especially available live and replay.
Evenings are allowed but in the calm.
Smoking is allowed only in terrace and garden, not inside the villa.
A few small shops and small restaurants are within a few minutes drive.
To get around the city center, you have to book the free shuttle from the residence or rent a scooter or a car or take a taxi or tuk-tuk.
Hua-Hin is a famous seaside resort where many Thai people from Bangkok come to rest on weekends.
From Bangkok airport, 230 km away, you can go to Hua-Hin by taxi (around 50 € per journey) or by bus (very comfortable air-conditioned buses 10 € per person). If you wish, we give you all the information to organize your trip from the airport to the villa.
From Hua-Hin, you can visit the coast and some natural parks.
The arrival is from 16h.
The departure is at the latest at 10:30.
These times are flexible unless another guest leaves the day of your arrival or arrives the day of your departure.
These hours allow to clean between 2 guests.
