Just 400 meters from the Buen Pastor Cathedral, the apartment has a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a large terrace. La Concha beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, perfect to store comfortably your belongings. The bedroom also faces the terrace. Great apartment , just as it looked in the photos . Walked from the bus station to the office to collect the keys and then another 5 mins to the apartment. No problem for anybody who can walk 20 mins . Good area to stay plenty going on in the area and a short walk to the beach and another 5 mins to the old town . Loved San Sebastián would recommend , especially to all the foodies .

Awesome apartment! We stayed 4 weeks. Cleaning service weekly. Walking distance to everything including Eurail train and local Topo Train. Very safe and clean city. Wonderful food and shopping close by. The property management very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay in San Sebastian!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment while we visited our adult son who was working in the area for the month. The location was a bit removed from the main areas, but it was easy to access (once we figured out the locks) and had a parking spot available for our use (which was super helpful). The bed was very comfortable and many amenities were provided. The only thing missing (in our opinion) was a shelf in the shower for toiletries! Overall we were super happy with the place and fully recommend it!

We have had a pleasant stay at the Bellagio apartment.

It was a lovely and very clean apartment on a decent location. The only downside was a really terrible bed. It was too soft, not supportive and it was like you were in a big pit because of that.

Perfect stay in San Sebastian

Wonderful appartment with everything you can wish for. Clean and beautiful decorated.Easy access to the beach (5 min). Short walk to the old town and to the shopping area. Easy acces to the carpark beneath the appartment building, with a direct elevator to the appartment floor. Getting our keys at the office was a bit of a hassle because of all the construction in the streets. But super friendly and free parking in the parking garage. Also great service. When I reported a drainage problem with the shower, there was a handyman within 3 hours to fixe it.

Decent but not special

San Sebastian is a fairly walkable city - this place is up a hill (not bad though) from the main commercial area and honestly the surrounding buildings feel a bit depressing - not dangerous just boring and not well maintained. The apartment has all that is listed but the caveat for us was that the outdoor area faced surrounding lifeless apartments, without a stitch of live greenery. (fake grass on part of the terrace, and otherwise concrete). It's a smoke-free apartment but the neighbors smoke outside so if you open the doors, the air isn't fresh. This place is adequate but not more.

Lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a short walk to the beach and about 15 mins to old town area. At night it was very quiet, during the day you sometimes heard neighbors on their patios. The bed is firm but comfortable, nice closet/storage space. We did not cook only had breakfast items and the kitchen was fine for that. Good bathroom with storage below sink which was great. It took us a bit to figure out getting to our apartment and out of the building, but once we did it was easy. The only negative for the unit is that the living room furniture was not that comfy for lounging. It works/is practical, just not comfy. Would still recommend the apartment and the rental agency.

Only 2 things…we wish we’d known there was no a/c. We didn’t understand until the end that we needed to bring out the fans and that the thermostat was only for heat. It would be helpful if that information was communicated. Also, the courtyard light is VERY bright. The bedroom needs a darker shade to block out that light. Otherwise, all perfecto!

Wonderful and prompt customer service. All employees were kind and very helpful with check in/check out process.8/10 Wish there was A/C in this unit as it got hot during the day. The unit was well stocked with kitchen/ dishwashing supplies and linens. Additionally, I wish they would provide beach towels in the rental as going to the beach is a common activity in the area. The washer unit was wonderful as well! Location was very nicely situated in a newly developed area

El apartamento es muy céntrico y acogedor pero a la vez en zona muy tranquila. Está muy bien distribuido y amueblado y es muy cómodo el parking y muy agradable la terraza. El eroski al lado también es muy práctico. Por sugerir alguna mejora: un poco incómodo el colchón y un poco de polvo sobre algún espejo y superficie.
