Just 400 meters from the Buen Pastor Cathedral, the apartment has a bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a fully equipped bathroom and a large terrace. La Concha beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, perfect to store comfortably your belongings. The bedroom also faces the terrace.
