Centrally located in the beautiful Fayence valley, this 4- bedroom with landscaped gardens and private pool offers groups ( up to 8 people) a perfect spot to enjoy the area famous for its storybook hilltop villages, wineries and quiet Provençal life, while providing quick acces to the nearby Cote d'Azur city scene.

Villa Footitt's large, open floor plan offers guests a comfortable living/ dining room and modern fully-equipped kitchen that provides guests with everything they need to relax, cook, and dine in style.
The house opens on to a large sun terrace leading to the private pool and garden; Guests can relax in the sun loungers, play on the large grass lawn, swim and enjoy Provençal meals or pizza's from the built-in wood-fired pizza oven.
Our unique "game Loft" is every kids dream, it has a WII and large TV with DVD player and lots of board games. we have SKY tv in the living room

The Rooms
Our home offers guest accommondation in the main house ( 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 seperate toilets and large central area) and attached mother-in-law bedroom with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Room 1: Charming light- filled queen room on the main floor overlooks the sun terrace and garden.
Room 2: In this airy room at the top of the stairs on the first floor,we have two single beds that can be joined to create a King bed.
Room 3:Sweet sunny room on the first floor with bunk beds.It overlooks the garden and pool. Ideal for kids.
Room 4: The garden room is an attached but separate space with its own doors on to the garden. A double bed and full bathroom w/shower is perfect for those who may want additional private space, such as grandparents, a nanny, or an older teen.
