Beautiful traditional Perigord house, composed of:
- Ground floor: 'a large fitted kitchen, and large living room with fireplace, opening onto a beautiful fenced garden, bathroom and wc
- Upstairs: two spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom with WC, another with two single beds (Possibility of adding a mattress upstairs, and the living room is equipped with a sofa bed).
Garden furniture and table tennis available in the adjoining barn, which also doubles as a garage.
Privileged environment, very quiet, in a small hamlet near Hautefort, where the shops are located.
