Holiday home located on a large beach and nature plot only approx. 75 meters from the Limfjord. There are panoramic views of the water from the house as well as from the terrace and direct access to good bathing beach. There is good shelter, although the house is located very close to the water. The house is furnished with combined living room and kitchen with TV with DR channels, many German, Norwegian and Swedish programs. A wood-burning stove spreads coziness and warmth on a cool evening with rain and debris outside. There is also an environmentally friendly air to air heat pump in the living room to supplement the heating. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob and microwave. There are three large bedrooms and a bathroom with heated towel rail and shower. There is also an extra toilet in connection with one bedroom. Both open and covered terrace, where you can enjoy the sun or dinner, prepared on the house barbecue, while the sun goes down in the west. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
