The holiday home was spacious and comfortable for our group of six, The layout worked well, with enough private space for everyone, The kids loved the outdoor play area, and we enjoyed grilling in the garden, The nearby café, Valbackens Toppstuga, offered delightful treats with a stunning view, Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though we found the WiFi connection a bit slow at times,

Wunderful stay - like living at swedish grandmas house

Our stay at this house was wunderful. I enjoyed the fact that it felt like you were staying at gradmas house. So much things were still around from the former ( or inbetween ) resident. So it had a 'soul' and character - sometimes it felt a bit overcrowded with decorations but as always - some like it some do not like it. Definitly not for the lovers of clean furnishing or IKEA furnitured house with very few things/decoration. The washing machine and dryer were brand new! The dishwasher also very new and super clean. The electric oven is from the 1980ies but did it's job. Toaster, coffee machine, hoover, everything was there, clean and working :) My kid liked the kids room a lot - doll bed and quite some toys were there - along with the beautiful playhouse in the garden (we did not use it too much because of the cold and rainy weather) but perfect also for bigger kids to have a bit of a kids time on their own. The garden is beautiful and the owner mows it weekly (summer). So it is taken care for and the garden is a great place to stay with lots of flowers and trees. One of the best houses we stayed in Sweden. We enjoyed it a lot - thanks to the owners for making this possible.
