LUXURY APARTMENT IN FRONT OF THE HISTORICAL WALLS OF LUCCA with spectacular views.
Large Loft with two double beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests!
You can reach the center by crossing the street with your private parking space.
The roof terrace is perfect for relaxing and looking at the city!
Flat is a luxury apartment located on the third floor of a building, with elevator and private parking.
The cozy atmosphere and the picturesque view of the city's historic walls.
The large living area with the kitchen, the living room and the two sleeping areas.
Finally the bathroom with shower.
The beautiful furnished terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view
Upon arrival, guests will pay the tourist tax: € 1.50 per person, per night, for the first three nights.

Lovely cleverly designed lift apart

Very secure apartment with upstairs terrace just outside Lucca walls. Lovely outlook. Very convenient from Railway station - 5 mins walk! Extremely spacious, all open plan so suited us as a couple very well. The upstairs terrace was a bit jaded but it was really too hot to spend time there - Preferred out of door cafes and restaurants of Lucca. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable 7 nights. And enjoyed the walk back to peace and tranquility each evening.

Stylish apartment close to the city walls

The apartment is stylish, spacious and quiet. It is very conveniently situated with the railway station only 5 minutes walk. The view from the apartment is across to the city walls with several of the city gates a short walk away. We arrived in Lucca before the check-in time for the apartment but Barbara was very helpful allowing us to drop off our bags there. She showed us around the apartment and explained everything that needed to know and told us to ring her at any time if we needed anything. The apartment is open plan - although there are two comfortable double beds, one at each end of the room, they are only partially screened so it is more suitable for couple or for a family, as two couples would need to be very good friends indeed in order to share the space. Also, my wife is a very light sleeper so the fridge freezer in the kitchen area near to one of the beds disturbed her sleep as it switched on and off through the night. There is a terrace that comes with the apartment but to access it you have to leave the apartment and go up another floor.

Entspricht in feinster Weise der Beschreibung

Ein luxuriöses Apartment mit eigener Terrasse bekommen Sie nicht. Das Apartment sollte wahrscheinlich im Retro Stil eingerichtet sein. Ist aber alt, verwohnt und schmuddelig. (Kaputte Bilder, kaputter Stuhl, schmutziges Sofa, schmutziger Teppich, überall Spinnweben, Löcher in den Decken und irgendwelches Holz unter den Betten) Achtung: Die sogenannte eigene Terrasse ist nicht vom Apartment direkt begehbar sondern man muss über den Flur eine Wendeltreppe hochgehen und man landet auf dem Hausdach mit den ganzen Klimageräten. Die Mobiliar besteht aus einem verrostetem Tisch und verrosteten Stühlen und ist ansonsten völlig vermüllt.

"Luxus Table Loft" Ziel nicht erreicht

Durch die Fotos wurde der Eindruck erweckt, dass es sich um mehr als 1 Zimmer handelt, tatsächlich handelt es sich um 1 großes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit entsprachen nicht dem Standard. Die Dachterasse war außerhalb der Wohnung über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar (ca. 100m) Gemeinschaftsterasse in mehreren Parzellen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort. Keine Empfehlung.

Très bon séjour à Lucca !

Le loft est très agréable et joliment décoré, la literie de bonne qualité ! L'appartement est situé non loin du centre et le chemin pour s'y rendre par les remparts est agréable. Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte mais la communication a été très fluide et sympathique. Seuls petits bémols : la terrasse n'est pas accessible directement depuis l'appartement et les rideaux ne sont pas très fonctionnels ni très occultants donc il ne faut pas avoir besoin de dormir dans le noir ! Mais sinon, idéal pour une étape à Lucca !

Great Flat

Everything was extremely easy. The flat is ideally located - 10 minute walk to train station making day trips very easy. 15 minute walk to inside walled city. Great location and everything works in the flat. Quiet area
