5 star holiday home in Tarm

Well-appointed holiday cottage located on a natural plot with lawn. The house has a large living room in open connection to the kitchen which was renovated in 2006. Digital satellite. One bedroom has a PlayStation 3 and 22" TV with DVD player. The mezzanine has 14" TV with DVD player. The living room has 32" TV, DVD player, satellite and a soundbar with jack socket for PC etc. After a long day you can relax in the whirlpool, sauna or enjoy the steam cabin. There is a large, partially covered terrace of 30 m² with outdoor kitchen. There is also a carport for the car and 2 additional parking spaces. Wind breaker connected to the tool shed and a large terrace with a sandpit and playhouse. In the shed you will find toys for the sandpit. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Gute dicke Bettdecken. / Leider ein Haus für Hunde. Es wurde zwar gut gereinigt, aber die weißen Hundehaare der Vormieter waren zu finden. Der Staubsauger stank nach unserer Reinigung nach Hund. Um Abhilfe zu schaffen sollten neue Stsubsaugerbeutel vorhanden sein.

Shop des vorhandenen / Campingplatzes schlecht im Oktober, aber man ist ja eh Selbstversorger. Einkaufen Supermarkt am ehesten in Bork Havn am Dancenter.

Seit nunmehr 26 Jahren fahren wir nach Skavenstrand zum erholen. Wir hatten viele schöne und einige weniger schöne Häuser. / DIESES HAUS IST MIT ABSTAND DAS SCHÖNSTE HAUS, was wir hier je hatten. Es ist ALLES im absoluten TOP-ZUSTAND ! Nichts quietscht, nichts klemmt, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles ist relativ neu und nicht verbraucht oder abgenutzt, sogar der Staubsauger ist top. Des Weiteren ist alles vorhanden, inkl. der Kücheneinrichtung nebst dem hochwertigen Geschirr. / Das Haus selber ist durchdacht gestaltet und eingerichtet. Alles ist gemütlich und trotzdem leicht sauber zu halten. Auch das Grundstück ist äußerst gepflegt und mit vielen Nettigkeiten versehen. Die Anlage des Grundstücks gleicht schon fast einer Parkanlage. Vier Sitzecken, ein separates Gartenhaus für Kinder, voll mit Spielzeug, viele Sitz- und Liege- Gartenmöbel, beleuchtete Brunnensteine, die das Wasser plätschern lassen, ein Carport, usw., usw. / Hinzu kommt, daß dieses Objekt auch sehr sauber ist. Auch die Gartenanlage. Es fiehl sofort auf, daß der Rasen nicht nur frisch gemäht war, sondern der Rasenschnitt, entgegen den meißten anderen dänischen Grundstücken sogar mit abgefahren wurde.
