Country house has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles, dining room with fireplace about 35 meters, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, garden with fruit trees, surrounded by pine trees and olive trees.
The house is located on a plot of about 1000 meters, it is completely fenced and the front has a wonderful bougainvillea (Bougainvillea), garden with roses and other ornamental plants and fruit trees, several fig trees that give their exquisite fruit in full summer.
At the front there are two large terraces with unobstructed views, one of them is a wood oven. At the rear there is a barbecue.
It has a solarium of 50 meters with completely unobstructed views to the nearby pine forest.
Ideal for nature lovers who enjoy hiking, there are several hiking routes inside the Natural Park of Mondragó.
