Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans la maison d'Alejandra. Située à mi-chemin entre Séville (45mn en voiture) et Cordoue ( 50mn), elle est aussi dans un lieu très tranquille et vous n'êtes pas gêné par les voisins. La climatisation complète de la maison permet de bien supporter les fortes chaleurs.

15 jours de vacances formidables

La maison d'Alejandra est vraiment parfaite pour passer de superbes vacances. Alejandra est très accueillante et nous a gâté avec un gaspacho, une salade de légumes et une bouteille de vin blanc lors de notre arrivée. La maison est très fonctionnelle et correspond bien à la description. La piscine est toujours agréable. Et la climatisation dans la maison permet de vraiment bien supporter la chaleur. Nous avons fait pas mal de visites: Italica à côté de Séville est absolument à voir, Osuna également, Ecija est aussi très sympathique comme ville, et bien sûr Séville et Cordoue. Niveau commerce, nous allions beaucoup au N4 d'Ecija, et pour compléter le Dia à La Luisiana. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Een geweldig, groot en koel huis, met heel veel ruimte, en fijn zwembad. In rustige buurt, wel veel katten die je dagelijks bezoeken en graag aandacht willen. heel aardige eigenares, die alles doet om het naar de zin te maken en tegenover het huis woont. Schoonmaak kan beter, er wordt niet gecontroleerd of voorgaande gasten alles netjes achterlaten.(bestek, servies, etc)

Nice Home

This is a very nice, large house in La Luisiana, a town easily accessible to the freeway. The house has plenty of bedrooms and space for people to spread out, but also areas where everyone can come together to eat or socialize. We really enjoyed the back yard, including the lovely pool area. Alejandra was very accessible and answered all our questions promptly and graciously. She is a lovely hostess. We made several side trips to Granada, Seville, and Cordoba - among others - and it was nice to have this house as our home-base to regroup, relax, wash our clothes, and get ready for the next outing. You'll need a car for sure to get around as public transportation isn't available. Although there are places to grab a bite to eat in town, we mostly cooked at home. We enjoyed our stay here.

Por partes: Alejandra la dueña un encanto vive cerca y dejó que fuésemos casi un día antes porque estaba limpia y vacía la casa. Sólo un pequeño malentendido pues a la mujer se la han liado gente anterior en la casa ( hay mucho incivico por ahí) nos comentó el segundo día que pusimos música mientras nos bañamos a las 10 de la noche y nos comentó aunque no estaba alta que no se podía hacer fiestas cuando la íbamos a quitar a las 23:00 máximo 23:30 la bajamos y al día siguiente lo aclaramos amistosamente nos contó que gente anterior hizo fiesta y la liaron y le comentamos que nosotros como mucho poner algo de música por la mañana hasta las 15:00 respetando la siesta y por la tarde de 19:30 a 23:30 respetando el descanso de los demás, ella nos comentó que sin problema y que perdonaramos pero la anterior gente se la organizo y le dijimos que podía estar tranquila somo 3 hombre mayores de 40 años que también tenemos viviendas alquiladas y las cuidamos como si fueran nuestra, y así fue, ambas partes encantadas lo dejamos recogido como lo encontramos y es posible que volvamos y lo que si haremos es recomendarla. Tiene de todo y muy cómoda. Gracias Alejandra

Estancia con amigos en abril

La casa es muy bonita, una lastima que el tiempo no nos ha acompañado. Muy cómoda y con habitaciones para tener suficiente intimidad aunque seas mucha gente. Muchas comodidades en la zona de la cocina, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, lavavajillas... La zona muy tranquila y muy accesible.

Una limpieza a fondo

Si hablamos de comodidad en la casa pueden dormir hasta 16 personas ,pero para desayunar comer o cenar si es invierno no cabrían todas esas personas en la cocina y en el comedor no hay mesa ,hay un porche en el cual para poder estar tienes que encender la chimenea . Si hablamos de limpieza ,en general la casa aparentemente no está sucia ,pero una casa de alquiler debe tener fundas en los colchones y en las almohadas ,las cuales bastate duras e incómodas .También en pleno invierno las camas deberían estar preparadas con mantas y edredones ,no con una sábana y colcha fina. En la cocina el menaje impecable ,suficiente para muchas personas ,pero el cubertero ...desastrado todo amontonado paletas quemadas y un solo cuchillo que corta ,vitro con 5 fuegos pero solo iban dos sartenes ,lavavajillas viejo cada vez q sacas el cajón para llenar no se podía meter de nuevo . En el comedor el sofá sucio y viejo ,debería de tener colchas o limpiarlo a fondo entre alquiler y alquiler ,TV grande y con todos los canales ,el comedor de arriba con un sofá mucho más limpio . Si hablamos de comunicación ...no nos recibió nadie al llegar ,la casa estaba congelada por qué el aire del comedor no iba ,( las habitaciones si estaban calientes)hblamos por teléfono el viernes por la noche para solucionar el problema al día siguiente sábado ,pero estuve un día entero sin obtener respuesta ,el domingo entró un hombre y arreglo el Split ,el último día tampoco vino nadie ,La comunicación por whasap excepto el día del aire acondicionado Alejandra responde te orienta y aconseja sobre los alrededores . Lo mejor de la casa el exterior y la amplitud en general ,

Buen fin de semana

Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo. Sin embargo hay varias cosas que son bastante mejorables en la casa: - la cocina apenas tiene muebles para guardar alimentos. - varios enchufes se desmontan solo con mirarlos. - algunos pequeños electrodomesticos deberian cambiarlos pues están algo defectuosos. - la parrilla de la barbacoa tenia 1 cm de suciedad endurecida (pusimos papel de plata encima para solventar el problema). - en la ducha de la planta de arriba, cuando te duchabas, caía agua por las escaleras como si fuese el iguazu. Por lo demas, la casa genial. La atención con el profesional fue de 10 (si nos faltaba alto, solo teniamos que pedirlo).

Maison agréable

La maison est typique et jolie. Nous avions tout ce qu'il faut. Beaucoup de marches dans la maison, faire attention pour les enfants en bas âge. Tout est nickel. La situation géographique est parfaite, le quartier aussi. Les produits de première nécessité se trouvent dans les épiceries et supermarchés du village. Bon séjour !

Muy buen alojamiento. Muy aconsejable para ir con gente. Muy grande. Habitaciones grandes y zona exterior muy bonita para hacer comidas y cenas. Zona de barbacoa excelente. También el baño situado en el exterior hace que si estas en la piscina no tengas que entrar en la casa directamente. En general excelente casa
