CASA MANDARINO: new and comfortable attic
NEW PENTHOUSE in a villa with beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, located in the residential area of Cala Gonone. Internally it consists of living room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed which leads to an attic area where there is a further bed; complete the property a veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can also eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Free parking comfort near the house. Present: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a stay of tranquility and peace, still close to the main beach of the country; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe beaches for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
