Our charming holiday house is located not far from the center of Medulin and the Medulin beaches, on fenced property and surrounded with garden. It si ideal for families with children . The interior of the house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with one additional sleeping possibility on the couch for a child , a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and one separate toilet. Very great house

The owner was very friendly and kind. The house was spacious et very well furnished & equipped. Neighborhood was quiet et we were able to do some BBQ in the garden. We were at around 10mn walk from the port so it was perfect. We would come back if we have the opportunity

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung durch eine gute Wohnung mit einer tollen Vermieterin die einem alles zur Verfügung gestellt hat und sehr zuvorkommend war. Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhäuschen sehr genossen. Der Familienstrand sowie die Promenade sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vor allem die ruhige Lage mit kleinem Garten war super! So konnten sich die Kids auch mal austoben.

Ferienhaus genau nach unserer Vorstellung

Das Haus ist super schön, inmitten eines liebevoll angelegten Garten und ruhig gelegen. Zur Hafenpromenade sind es fußläufig ca. 20min. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten dort eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Wir waren in der Vorsaison (Ende April) in Medulin. Es war sehr ruhig, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. bereiteten sich auf die "Saison" vor. Im Sommer und in der Hauptsaison ist es sicherlich sehr touristisch und gut besucht. Es gibt unzählige und sehr nette Restaurants, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Die Hafenpromenade lädt mit einigen Bars, Restaurants, Shops etc. zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben sowohl im Casa Nostra als auch bei Giovanni wunderbar gespeist. Beide sind wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist super und war für 3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene groß genug. Die Lage ist gut, in ein paar Minuten kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück sehr gut. Die Vermieterin sehr nett und freundlich. Kann man nur Empfehlen.

Un séjour mitigé

La maison très bien, la Croatie 👎 trop de monde des plages pas belles et des fonds marin pas zéro tourisme de masse . Dommage car la Croatie est belle les habitants aussi son top 👌. Perso à fuir , les touristes sont Allemands, autrichien, et baltes Slovénie, Hongrie etc... Nous n'avons pas les mêmes standards.

Sehr nette Vermieterin uns sehr gemütliches und sauberes Ferienhaus

Die Vermieterin Maria hat uns gleich sehr herzlich begrüßt und empfangen. Das Ferienhaus gegenüber ihrer Wohnung ist von außen wie innen ordentlich hübsch und gemütlich. An Komfort lässt die Unterkunft nichts vermissen. Bei Ankunft standen sogar eine Flasche Cola und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit. Wir haben uns auf der Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Und für die Kinder war es wunderbar um das Haus herumtollen zu können. Einzig: etwas bessere Insektenschutzmaßnahmen wären gut. Aber dafür hat Maria wohl auch schon Pläne etwas zu ändern. Auch Parksituation für einen Pkw einwandfrei. Tipp: sehr gutes Restaurant unweit zu Fuß. Willis Konoba oder so ähnlich. Unbedingt reservieren da auch bei einheimischen sehr gefragt. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Tolle Zeit im Haus Maria in Medulin

Das Haus ist wirklich super, sauber, alles funktioniert oder wir sofort von der Maria repariert, nette Gastgeber. Für uns war vor allem eine gut ausgestattete Küche wichtig und die haben wir dort gefunden. Es ist eigentlich alles dabei in diesem Haus. Der Garten ist nicht sehr groß aber auch nicht klein -> genau richtig. Obwohl in der Nähe viele Häuser gibt, hat man genug Privatsphäre (nur ein mal gab es "Party" bei den Nachbarn). Einziges Problem sind die Mücken die aber überall dort zu finden sind (im Haus selber gibt es Netze an den Fenstern, man soll aber trotzdem vor dem schlafen gehen die Biester ausrotten, sonst wird man in der Nacht nicht schlafen können - aber wie gesagt, es ist überall so dort und eigentlich ein gutes Zeichen dass die Natur noch intakt ist). Wir hatten tolle Zeit dort.

Kurztripp Medulin

Grundsätzlich ist das freistehende Bungalowhaus ganz okay. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Abläufe haben sehr gut funktioniert. Wir sind danach für eine Woche in eine Villa mit Pool nach Labin/Rabac gezogen. Haben also etwas für 3-4 Tage vorher gesucht, um nicht Samstags anreisen zu müssen. Wir haben super geschlafen und es war ruhig. Das Haus hat einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist aber grundsätzlich renoviert. Die Lage zum Meer ist gut aber der Strand dort ist nicht schön. Man geht durch eine ältere Hotelanlage. Wir müssen natürlich das Preisleistungsverhältnis zu diesem Zeitpunkt betrachten. Und dafür war es dann zu teuer. Die beiden Bäderliegen auf der nicht mehr vorhandenen Wiese (extreme Trockenheit 2022) sind Schrott. Das sind diese 25 € Stahlrahmenliegen, die in die Jahre gekommen sind. Eine "Solardusche" für außen wäre auch nicht schlecht. Dort wäre dann wenigstens noch Rasen. Wir hatten sehr hohe Temperaturen mit weit über 30°. Die Klimaanlage haben wir genutzt. Auf der Terrasse gab es 6 Stühle. 4 solche und 2 solche. Die Stühle waren zu niedrig für den Tisch. Parken auf dem Gelände war in Ordnung. Fahrräder am Haus gesichert war auch gut. Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Herrlich! Ruhig, trotzdem super schnell am Hafen, Restaurants etc. In der Wohnung ist viel Platz. Alles hat gepasst.

Haus Marija

Buchung - Zahlung problemlos. Rückfragen vor Reiseantritt werden nahezu unverzüglich beantwortet. Sauberes, gut gelegenes Appartement: Strand - Apotheke - Supermarkt - Lokale fußläufig erreichbar und dennoch ruhig. Vermieterin freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und ihre Mutter, die im Nachbarhaus wohnt war sehr herzlich. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich. Es waren ausreichend saubere Handtücher vorhanden, das Bett war frisch und die Küche war ausreichend mit Geschirr und Zubehör ausgestattet. Besonders Toll fanden wir die große Terrasse. Das Meer war etwas weiter gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Notfalls findet man genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir werden das Haus auf jedenfall nochmal buchen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
