Do you want to be quiet, less than 500m from restaurants, bars and shops? Our villa "Casa Manuela" is made for you.
Located in Moulleau, our villa is only a 4-minute walk from the pier, where you can cross the basin to visit Cap Ferret. The most cinephile, will perhaps pass in front of the house of the film "Les petits mouchoirs" with Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard.
In front of a cycle path, bike lovers can take delicious strolls, while admiring the beach, Cap Ferret and the basin.

In a private street, forbidden to non-residents, you will only hear the song of birds and crickets. Very pleasant to enjoy the large garden furniture, along our magnificent swimming pool.

Access to the villa is via a path shared by two other villas.
A deposit of 2000 € will be requested from the Agency upon arrival in accordance with the rental contract.

Un emplacement idéal

Pas grand chose à redire sur la location qui a vraiment un emplacement idéal depuis lequel on fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Un petit bémol sur la propreté (moutons de poussière, vaisselle rangée sale par exemple) qu’on espère exemplaire en louant ce genre de biens dans cette fourchette de prix (1900€ pour le week-end). En revanche, l’agence immobilière en charge de la gestion locative n’est pas au niveau : - difficile à joindre (nous avons été prévenu à 14h que nous pouvions arriver à 16h, pas pratique quand on a 7h de route) - pas explicite dans ses réponses (que faut-il comprendre quand on vous dit « inclus dans le forfait hors prestation » ?!) - facture des surplus pour tout et rien (déplacement un jour férié, départ « tardif » à 12h, prestation lits faits) Bref, nous recommandons le coin et pourquoi pas la maison mais certainement pas avec cette agence immobilière.

Très bon emplacement

La maison est très bien située au fond d’un chemin, proche de la plage et de quelques resto. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Très bien mais...

Très belle villa et déco de très bon goût, contact agence flexible. Très bien située au Moulleau proche commerces & plage. Bien équipée Bémols: villa peu lumineuse, jardin peu entretenu et très petit (ce qui ne se voit pas sur les photos) et quelques attentions manquaient: savon pour les mains dans cuisine et toilettes, lessive pour le lave-linge... Hormis cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour!
