We had a great stay overall. We booked the Medlock Villas due to the location and the fact that they had private swimming pools which was very important for us. We booked the Premium & Executive villas, both which were fantastic. The guys on the ground were great, always attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Will be back again next year.

Lovely famil accommodation

My family and I booked this holiday home in Dubai and by far it was amazing. Adnan and his team were amazing from start to finish. The villa was clean, spacious for our family of 6 and most importantly the privacy was spot on. The private swimming pool was a bonus as it meant we could all use the pool in total privacy without worrying about other guests or onlookers. We'll definitely be coming back.

Ok stay in the UAE

I am a seasoned traveler I have stayed in many villa over the world. In comparison to some of the accommodation I have stayed in, the villa was dated, worn and tatty. The interior doors were water damaged and amenities very basic. The villa sleeps a large group, the bed space was fine, the kitchen had limited crockery available. For example there was one small saucepan and one large cooking pot only. Not ideal when cooking for a family. No colander or scissors. Might seem picky but would of liked this sort of thing available to use. No mop bucket and broom which would of been handy, if we had had to clean anything up, as accidents can happen we wouldn’t of been able to. Having said this, we did have a problem with one of the doors and the agent was quick and responsive. The free water and basket of fruit, tea and coffee was also a nice touch. The best thing was the outdoor pool which we all loved in the hot October sun. The villa rental was not cheap, I expected a little more if I am honest. An ok stay overall.

Great value for money

Me and a group of our friends have just returned from Dubai having stayed in Adnan's property and we only have positive things to say. It is very spacious, has excellent facilities, including a really nice pool, outside seating area and BBQ on hand. The housekeeper Awais was also very friendly and helpful when we asked for anything, from some extra cutlery to another sunlounger. Even our other friend's who had stayed in the local Hilton 5 star hotel regretted not choosing to stay with us after they saw the place. It's also in a very nice location too and handy to get to the marina, desert or local golf courses. If I ever return to Dubai in a group again, I'll be sure to book through Medlock Villas.

Huge + Perfect!

The villa is HUGE. It was perfect for our family of 7. It was very spacious and well designed. The lake views was unparalleled. The private garden was big and the pool was amazing. We highly recommend this villa for those that are travelling with a group or large families.

Great experience.

This villa was great for our short stay as it had everything we needed from a fully furnished house to a private garden and swimming pool. The pictures do not do this villa any justice at all as you have to see the villa to truly appreciate its offerings. We had a 7 night stay here and paid less than we usually do at a hotel, where we normally book 3 rooms but here the whole family stayed together which was a great experience. The service from Medlock Villas and Adnan in particular was spot on, everything had been pre-arranged before we arrived and the check in process was simple. After our arrival the ground staff took care of everything from the cleaning of the villa which takes places every 5 days, to the garden and swimming pool maintenance. We only had 1 issue with the Air con but this was fixed immediately by their team, other than this i think further instructions on how to operate the Air con would be slightly helpful. I would urge all family holiday makers to try Medlock Villas at least once. A+

بصراحه كنت متردد في حجز الفله لكن غامرت كون زياراتي مع العايله كثير لدبي و قلت لمجرد التغيير و التجربه. امانة كانت تجربه لا تنسى و اختيار متميز و الجوده و الاهتمام بالتفاصيل لراحة النزيل اقرب للكمال. حوض السباحه مساحته ممتازه و عمقه معقول و مزود بنافوره و جاكوزي. اضطريت للاتصال لعمل صيانه بسيطه للمكيف المركزي و بعض الانوار و تفاجأت بسرعة الوصول من فنيين متمرسين. بصراحه الفله و التجربه تسوى اضعاف الثمن.

Best option for families!

This villa is ideal for families with children. We have always booked hotels and have had to book separate rooms for the children but this time we chose to book with Medlock Villas who gave a fantastic rate for their premium villa. This villa makes a spacious home away from home around the corder from Dubai marina and Emirates mall. The villa itself is very clean, well furnished and spacious . The garden was the highlight of our stay. Completely private with a large private pool and outdoor seating area, excellent as we didn't need to share with strangers. The local area is really safe and very family friendly. Thank you Adnan for taking care of our stay, we will be back.

5 nuits à la villa, piscine superbe chauffée, espace vert énorme, belles chambres et très propres, le seul point négatif : manque de verres, couverts, une seule casserole, pas de planche à découper, 2 verres à vins uniquement... Très belle vue sur le lac, espace calme, maison très agréable, supermarché à proximité, gardiennage, le jardin est très bien entretenu et la piscine très propre entretenue tous les jours. A recommander pour petit budget : un grand bravo !!!!

The perfect base in Dubai

We had never booked a villa in Dubai before and chose this villa as we were a family of 6 (3 couples), and I must say i would never stay in a hotel again. This villas was amazing amazing amazing. It is located in a very peaceful and quiet residential area, the villa was spacious and had a huge master bedroom with a beautiful balcony which had lake views. The kitchen, living and dining areas were spotless. The really big gardens and the amazing pool was such a nice sight to see in the evening, as it had lights fitted in. The pictures do not do this place any justice, you must stay here at least once. Thank you Medlock Villas for the wonderful stay and I will definitely be back.

1,000 times better than any hotel!

My friends and I stayed at the Springs 7 villa after staying 3 nights at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and realised that we had wasted our time at the hotel. This villa offers so much more than a hotel, it was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. We had 4 large bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and a huge garden with private swimming pool. The garden has lovely views of the lake and provides an area of retreat to relax and enjoy the sun. This was our first visit to this Villa and will always be our preferred choice of residence during our trip to Dubai. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definately recommend to all.

It’s a nice and relaxing place to be

The time we had at the Medlock Villas was so nice. We were able to relax and forget all about our problems and work. The atmosphere was great, very lively. We loved the rooms, the beds, the big TV. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The experience was not at all bad and that is why I recommend staying here.

We stayed with Medlock Villas in October with our family of 4 Adults & 3 Children. Adnan from Medlock Billas was very helpful from the minute we made our inquiry up and until we checked out. We were given a discount because we made a last minute booking which was very nice. The villa itself is beautiful and back on to a lake, which is a very nice to walk around during the evenings. The villa itself is spacious and very well furnished, to accommodate our group size. We will definately be coming back next year and would recommend this villa to those looking for a private luxury holiday in Dubai with children.
