Tinaia. Typical house with views and exclusive garden in the countryside near Florence

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the ancient stone building, used for the production of wine ('la Tinaia'). Completely renovated and furnished with care, it is equipped with every comfort. It enjoys a pleasant view over the countryside and the park of secular trees of the small farm complex. Large living room with sofa bed and fireplace on one side and kitchen-dining area on the other; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 beds (separated or joined), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
A beautiful lawn, equipped with chairs and table, is for the exclusive and independent use of the tenant. In the garden fountain with drinking water and lighting for evening use.
Tranquility and breezy climate characterize the place which is ideally placed for visiting Florence, the Chianti valley, Arezzo, Siena and the other cities of Tuscany.
On the ground floor there is another apartment, similar in size, layout and furnishings, with a completely independent entrance and available for rent (see property no. 6035977).

Das gepflegte saubere Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit herrlichen Ausblicken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und würden jederzeit zurückkommen. So muss Urlaub sein. The nice and clean house is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with an extraordinary view on the site. The host family is very friendly and took care of all our wishes. This is the way holidays has to be. André and Friends.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Standort ist ideal, um kulturelle Ziele wie Florenz, Siena, Arezzo und Pisa zu erkunden. Auch Freunde des Sandstrands und der Berge kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, auch wer kulinarisch interessiert ist, findet z.B. in der Weinregion Chianti . Kurz gesagt, rund herum sehr zu empfehlen.

Great location for Florence and Tuscan

Great location to visit not only Florence (30 minutes) but mainly some of its surroundings in the Tuscan region (Siena, Arezzo...). Well-equipped country appartment and nice hospitality by the owners. Very nice experience!!!

La villa est très confortable, propre et très bien située pour visiter les sites touristiques de Toscane. Située en pleine campagne, la villa est sécurisée et idéale pour un séjour avec enfants.
