Bright, modern and cozy penthouse of 110 m2 + 60 m2 terrace / solarium, on one floor without neighbors, with private access by elevator with key, a few meters from the Church and Plaza de Santiago.
Just 5 minutes from the coast and next to commercial and leisure areas with pedestrian areas, terraces, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants ...
From the terrace you can enjoy the sunsets and make family meals enjoying our weather. Ideal for families
 The attic has 2 bedrooms, master bedroom suite type, with private bathroom and air conditioning and the other room with three single beds .; large kitchen with dining room, equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, espresso machine ... and also with a spacious living room with access to the terrace.
It also has a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and a very extensive clothesline outside, internet (free Wifi). Free parking.

Perfect for couple or family

Telde is a nice little town away from the big tourist hordes. The apartment is very close to the center of town and main restaurants. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and has plenty of facilities. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment and owners

Such a fabulous apartment in the centre of an interesting and historic town. Jose (1&2!) were very helpful and gave us lots of good information about the town and the island. We spent our week driving through the mountains and visiting gorgeous little towns. We had a great time, thank you so much.

Great apartment

A beautifully equipped apartment, very comfortable and convenient for the historic district. Be aware the assumption is that 2 guests will share a room and bathroom and the price is reduced at booking. The other bedroom and bathroom are locked and you pay 10 euros per night in cash to have them opened for use if you are two friends who want to share. The hosts were helpful and accommodating to our late flight. A lovely stay.

Fantastic apartment

Apartment is lovely ,clean spacious and everything you need for home away from home. We had one small problem with the hot watet but after contacting Jose is dad came within an hour and sorted it out. Very welcoming on arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, milk, water,,red wine,white,wine and biscuitdwhich made the arrival special

Exceptional accommodation

This place is better than the photos show. Very clean and well maintained. It had most everything we needed, even a variety of spices. Very roomy with an awesome rooftop patio. The owner was very friendly and very accommodating. Galdar is not very central but if you are like us you are travelling the island for hiking and sightseeing anyways so the location is not so important. The penthouse is a block from the main pedestrian street and plaza. A great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in nur 3 Gehminuten bis zur Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Die Tiefgarage ist in nur 2 Gehminuten erreicht. Auf der riesigen Terrasse kann man super Frühstücken und Abends gemütlich sitzen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist mit allen Dingen reichlich ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Im Herzen von Galdar

Eine wirklich gut durchdachte Wohnung, wo man sich vorstellen kann, auch ganz regulär zu wohnen. Viel Platz, Sicht aufs Meer, ruhig - etwas lauter wird es nur, wenn die Spanier etwas zu feiern haben, aber auch dann geht es nicht bis spät in die Nacht. Diese Wohnung hat zurecht eine Top-Bewertung.

Sehr schön, aber

Wohnung und Lage sind einfach klasse. Der Ort mit allen seinen Möglichkeiten ist sehr schön. Der Weihnachtsschmuck hat uns einfach umgehauen. Die Garage war auch eine grosse Hilfe. Leider hat der Vermieter eine Regel eingeführt, die nirgends nachzulesen ist. Bei weniger als 3 Besuchern wird die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer von 2 auf 1 reduziert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wird dann einfach abgeschlossen. Für uns als Schnarcher war das ein Problem. Geöffnet wurde es erst nachdem wir zusätzlich 10€ je Tag bezahlten. Wie gesagt, das ist nirgends nachzulesen. Das Interesse von FEWO-Direkt an diesem Vorgehen war eher überschaubar ("ich verstehe, dass ihnen das nicht gefällt" war der Kommentar im Chat)

Fantastisches Galdar!

Eine tolle Unterkunft und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Haben an alles gedacht und uns alles erklärt + noch einige Tips draufgelegt. Separater Zugang über den Fahrstuhl und private Tiefgarage, falls man mit dem Auto noch Vorort reist.

Alles wunderbar, sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Terrasse traumhaft groß und sonnig. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben: einen Korb frisches Obst, Wein, Kaffee, Milch und Wasser. Grundausstattung wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, etc. und Equipment für die Küche war alles vorhanden (sogar ein kleiner Espressokocher für den Herd!), frisch gewaschen und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im kleinen Städtchen Galdar. Von der Ferienwohnung aus war alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen: die kleine Fußgängerzone mit Kirchplatz, Museen, diverse Restaurants, Supermärkte. Auch für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto war Galdar ein guter Startpunkt. Man ist in Windeseile auf den großen Zuhahrtsstraßen/Autobahnen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke. Keine Sorge also um Parkplatzsuche in den doch abenteuerlichen Gassen der Kleinstadt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Vielen Dank für die entspannenden Tage! Viele Grüße und vielleicht sieht man sich bald wieder! Perfekt für den Wanderurlaub im Westen der Insel

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Fotos stimmen im Großen und Ganzen. Jose Antonio hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Ende November kann es allerdings etwas kühl werden, gut, dass genügend Decken vorhanden waren. Betten waren Okay, dass Doppelbett für zwei ein kleines bisschen zu schmal. Sofa und Sessel sind bequem, aber auch schon ein wenig älter. Alles liebevoll und sehr sauber, wir würden wiederkommen.

Noch besser als erwartet

Für einen Trip in der Nachsaison optimal gelegen, große und interessant geschnittene Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse. Stellplatz für den Mietwagen in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage. Total aufgeschlossener und umsichtiger Vermieter. Wären gern noch länger als eine Woche geblieben …

Penthouse kwam overeen met beschrijving. What you see is what you get. Goede en snelle communicatie met José (en zijn vader). Warme ontvangst met water,wijn , fruit en koekjes. Galdar is een goede uitgangspositie om het noorden van het eiland te verkennen. Dit eiland heeft veel meer te bieden dan het massatoerisme in het zuiden. Appartement ligt centraal, supermarkt en restaurants om de hoek. En een eigen parkeerplaats was ook heel erg prettig.

Alles bestens

Mehr als die Überschrift kann man kaum sagen. Wir waren vom 22.9.-6.10 dort. Empfang durch Vater und Sohn war nett und hilfreich, auch mit einem Früchtekorb. Die Terasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan und aufs Meer ist riesig. Stühle und Liegen sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist auch riesig und bestens ausgestattet. Den Vater haben wir mehrmals im Ort getroffen, und immer ein kurzer Plausch dank Google Translate. Im Umfeld sind einige nette Restaurants und auch viele Geschäfte. Galdar ist keine Touristenburg wie im Süden der Insel, sondern eine normale Stadt. Strandurlauber sollten hier nicht hin fahren. Wir empfehlen ein Auto, aber ein kleines, die Wege ins Landesinnere führen durch Berge mit engen Kurven. Noch ein kleiner Tip, im Reiseführer nach Stauseen suchen, es soll 69 davon geben, und einige liegen in herrlicher Gegend. Und die (obere) Kaffeplantage besuchen, und auch den Strand von Las Palmas nicht vergessen. Gefiel uns besser als Maspalomas.

Zentral, auf dem Dach und Blick auf`s Meer !

Sehr schöne , geräumige Wohnung mit herrlicher Dachterrasse. Wenige Meter von der Markthalle und vom Museum entfernt, trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme durch Jose und seinen Vater. Neben der sehr gepflegten Wohnung war der Tisch mit einer Obstschale und einer Flasche Rotwein einladend dekoriert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Un excellent séjour ville très agréable par la diversitée des commercants

Très belle location parti un peu contrarié avec le corona ce qui fait que j ai oubliée de signale a Joseph qu'il manquait un grill pain mais par rapport a la prestation de l ensemble cela n est pas grave j ai attendue 36 ans pour repartir au canaries mais je pense revenir très bientôt chez jose Antonio gracias

fantastic appartment

Spotless app. Met by hosts and given a tour. Water,milk,fruit and biscuits left for us. Massive app. with a huge terrace and accessed by a private lift. Had a wifi problem and Jose was there immediately to fix it. There was even a private garage provided. The only fault was a lack of English tv .

Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié de trouver une corbeille de fruits, une bouteille de vin, du lait, de l’eau... à notre arrivée. Le nécessaire de base pour notre séjour était aussi à disposition comme le sopalin, le papier toilette, produit douche, shampooing. lessive... Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre, très bien équipé ( même un lave-vaisselle) , très bien situé dans la ville et dans l’île. Nous avons pu rayonner facilement à partir de Galdar. Le garage a proximité est le bienvenu car les places de parking sont payantes. Je recommanderais à mes amis votre très bel appartement. Merci encore et bonne continuation !

Fantastisk leilighet.

Nydelig leilighet i sentrum av Galdar. Vi ankom sent på kvelden, i leiligheta var det vinflaske,frukt,vann og melk uten at vi hadde bestilt noe på forhånd. Kjempestor takterasse med gode solsenger. Vi leide for 16 dager, liker og lage en del mat selv på det godt utstyrte kjøkkenet. Vi var bare 2 personer, så helt greit uten oppvaskmaskin for oss. Svært gode senger, på det store soverommet. Vi ønsker Jose Antonio og hans far lykke til videre med utleie, vi kommer gjerne tilbake, dere var fantastiske.

Heerlijk verblijf

We hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in het prachtige penthouse van de enththousiaste eigenaar Josë Antonio. Het ligt vlakbij het centrum van Galdar een echt canaris stadje waar weinig toeristen komen verademing met het zuiden van Cran Canaria. maar waar wel de zon meer schijnt.
