The villa has three spacious bedrooms. The prices shown are based on a 3 bedroom use All bedrooms have air conditioning and silent ceiling fans, the master with a king size bed and dressing area, the next with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds and also a dressing area. Each with their own en-suites, which in themselves allow you to choose if you have a shower or a bath. As they were designed with holiday luxury in mind it is furnished with quality, modern yet comfortable furnishings and furniture. A fully fitted modern kitchen (with oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer etc). There is a utility room with a washing machine which leads to an outside patio/clothes drying area. Comfortable leather sofas in the lounge, flat screen TV with Sky satellite television/DVD Player/Hi Fi and portable CD Cassette Radio Player and storage cupboards for your luggage to name but a few!

At the front of the property there is an upper patio with built in barbecue, table and seating for 6. This leads to a lower patio with solar and electric heated roman entry swimming pool, sun beds for 6 and a further patio table and 6 chairs. There are shutters and mosquito netting on each door and window (except utility).: Solar heated shower by the pool, south west facing patios allowing sunshine all day long, views of the sea and on clear days of Fuerteventura.
The villa is located in the west side of Playa Blanca, only approximately 10 minutes walk to the Playa Flamingo area of Playa Blanca, its shops, beach and restaurants. The Village of Playa Blanca is a little further along (approximately 15 minutes).
Playa Blanca is located in the South of Lanzarote. This was once a fishing village which has developed over the years. Many of the local restaurants still offer fresh fish of the day. In and around Playa Blanca there are numerous restaurants, shops and gift shops. There is now a modern new marina, Marina Rubicon. and a Ferry Harbour with daily crossings to Fuerteventura. There is a seafront promenade running the whole length of Playa Blanca, from the light house at Pechiguera to just before the Papagayo beaches. These beaches are a set of beautiful natural reserve coves - amongst the prettiest in the Canaries.

Cot and high chair available upon request. Mid-weekly towel change and light clean. Weekly full clean and linen change. Pool towels provided.
