Spacious beach house.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. The apartment overlooks the beach of Putzu Idu. The veranda overlooking the sea is dominated by an ancient juniper that leaves great views of the bay. It is equipped with numerous conforts: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, air conditioning etc. The house has been recently renovated and therefore inside it is practically all new. It is very large and comfortable. Ideal for families. Consists of a large room that is in direct communication with the kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is a double that overlooks the sea. The courtyard is very large.

Una eccelente settimana

Abbiamo passato una eccelente settimana di vacanza nella vostra casa a Putzu Idu e nella vostra bella regione. Abbiamo potuto goderci molto della vostra ospitalita nella vostra casa pratica e arredata con molto gusto - vicinissima al mare (solamente 50 passi!) - che lusso! A non dimenticare la deliziosa pasticceria tipica sarda, ci offerta per voi! Grazie mille di tutto! F, Belgio, maggio 2022

Sehr, sehr schön!

Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht, die Lage ist phantastisch. Manches ist inzwischen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ersetzt werden (z.B. das Essbesteck), das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, weil alles Andere einfach gestimmt hat. Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, die liebe Naomi war aber immer für uns da. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und an diesem Ort so genossen, dass wir unseren nächsten Urlaub dort kaum erwarten können!

There´s everything what you need for a self-sufficient vacation. The beds are very comfortable. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. The owners of the house are uncomplicated and nice people!

Erholsamer Urlaub am Meer

Schöne, grosszügige und saubere Wohnung mit Terrasse und direktem Meerzugang. Am Strand direkt vor dem Haus hat es viel Seegras, aber wenn man ein paar Meter dem Strand entlang geht kann man gut baden. Kleiner Einkaufsladen mit super Öffnungszeiten in ca. 3 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte Oktober waren fast alle Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung geschlossen, es hatte nur noch wenige Touristen. Wir fanden es etwas schade, dass ein grosser Wacholderstrauch die wunderbare Aussicht verdeckt die man von der Terrasse und vom Haus aus auf die Bucht und das Meer hätte. Es sind aber nur ein paar Schritte drum herum und man steht am Strand. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

Idyllischer Ort

Das Haus ist groß und gut eingerichtet, meist waren wir auf der Terrasse mit wundervollem Blick und Privatsphäre. Der Strand hat einige Algen, die wie Federbetten am Strand liegen. Das Wasser ist himmlisch, die Umgebung ebenfalls. Die Stimmung im Ort ist sehr freundlich und urwüchsig. Keinerlei Kritik, nur Lob. 5 Punkte

Schöne Wohnung, erstklassige Ausstattung

Wir haben die Ferien in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet, uns hat so gut wie nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber und modern, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Das Internet war gut, und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Putzu Idu

Wir haben eine Woche bei Michele mit 4 Personen verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und die Lage ist super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen, der täglich geöffnet hat, ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terasse mit den Liegen ist wunderbar gelegen und die Matratzen sind noch sehr gut. Bei Fragen und Problemen war Michele immer schnell erteichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder .

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Meer

Das Haus liegt mit einem direkten Zugang am Meer, sodass man ohne probleme jeden Tag ins Meer springen kann. Dass Wasser ist super klar und der Sand weiß. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Uns hat während unserem Aufenthalt nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und helfen im Bedarfsfall. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
