Villa Mas Mila is a beautifully modern, exquisitely decorated villa. The decoration says elegance in every corner yet this stylish villa also offers luxurious comfort resulting in a villa perfect for hanging out in. The spaces within the house are bright with ceiling to floor windows giving views over the pool and out into the extensive country side.
An absolute gem with fabulous interiors – this villa never disappoints…

There are 3 floors in Villa Mas Mila nd the main entrance is at the top of the villa.
The beautifully appointed Grand Master Ensuite is separated from the 3 lower floor bedrooms by the main open plan living area. The Master Ensuite is the only room on the top floor and has exceptional views.
The kitchen is located behind the dining area and while communicated is hidden rather discretely. There is no lack of dining areas in this house, off the kitchen there is an outdoor shaded dining area – perfect for those hot summer days and the indoor open plan dining and living area gives onto a large terrace with yet another chill out exterior living area and additional dining area.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you could need to for preparing food and dining at home. All the kitchen essentials are available and an additional a utility Room houses the washing machine, ironing board, Iron, , pantry, hoover etc.
On this floor there is also a convenient bathroom for the use of guests

The indoor living area is also attractive in either in Summer or Winter due to the Aircon/heating system – the large salon offers great views, 2 large sofas – a perfect relaxing/social/chilling area.
All of this overlooks the decked pool (important for those with kids) and provides spectacular views once again out to the Natural Park del Garraf.
There is a fabulous decked terrace around with pool with sun loungers – a perfect place to work your tan, read or just chill. The views from this villa out toward the Garraf Natural Park are some of the best in the area.

Pure relaxation

+ Villa Mas Mila + We spent two wonderful weeks with the whole family (6 adults, one child, one dog) in this house and the surrounding area. The property is superbly equipped and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The surroundings are quiet and secluded - exactly what we were looking for. All the necessary points can be reached quickly by car, and Sitges & Co. are only a short drive away. The great service and the constant helpfulness of the agency should be emphasised. Minor problems were solved quickly and recommendations were made immediately. Many thanks for the great hospitality!

Lovely Villa

Pros; The villa is true to the pictures online. The views are wonderful and the property is situated on a quiet hill. You will definitely need a car to get around as we didn’t see much in walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants are all in a short driving distance. Sitges is very close by, Barcelona is about a 25-30 minute drive so the location was great for us on a family trip. They were very flexible with our arrival and departure times with no issues. You will be charged a deposit but it’s refunded within about 7-10 days after departure. Cons: We were there in December 2023 and it was chilly so we didn’t use the pool. I took off 1 star because when we were there, the bathroom in the master suite had a strong sewage smell. The maintenance guy came to fix it but it didn’t make a difference to us before we left. The lower level bedrooms were also pretty cold while we were there. Again maintenance came and fixed it but also provided heaters which was helpful. The WiFi was not very reliable and we found ourselves continually waiting for the tv to stop spiraling. If you’re planning to work from there, bring a hotspot. Overall the property is beautiful. Certain things are starting to show wear and tear but not enough to distract from the property. The cushions on the outdoor terrace and pool area were visibly dirty but they probably remedy that in the warmer seasons.

Fantastisches Haus in grüner Umgebung

Das Haus präsentiert sich innen wie außen modern. Die Küche ist gut und vollständig eingerichtet. Die sonstige Inneneinrichtung vermittelt einen überwiegend hochwertigen Standard. Das gesamte Objekt wirkt äußerst gepflegt. Aus unserer Sicht besonderes Highlight war die große Terrasse mit dem weiten Blick in die grüne Hügellandschaft (es gibt noch insgesamt 3 weitere Terrassen/Balkone). Heutzutage auch wichtig: Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Wir waren mit 2 Familien eine Woche dort und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Zum Meer sind es ca. 7-8 km (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto). Alles in allem können wir das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen! Besonderes Lob gebührt abschließend noch der Agentur "Utopia Villas Reservervations". Sie agierte im Vorfeld unserer Reise und auch während unseres Aufenthalts absolut schnell und zuverlässig- einfach ein professioneller Kundenservice wie wie ihn bisher so noch nicht erlebt haben! Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an dieser Stelle!
