A bright and cozy 62 m² apartment with a private 60 m² terrace in the heart of Masnou – just a 5-minute walk from Ocata Beach and 17 km from Barcelona. Located on a quiet pedestrian street with a children's playground, it’s ideal for families and pet lovers: a pet-friendly beach is just a short walk away, perfect for a swim with your furry friend.
