Old house completely renovated, about 80 m², on the marina in 2 levels for 5 people. 2 terraces allowing to have lunch outside. Hedge-gate insulating the outside. East exposure facing the port.
Proximity beach and coastal path in a nature reserve allowing walks in a fully protected environment.


3 rooms: 1 room with 2 individual beds on the ground floor - 1 room with kitchenette, dining area and 1 individual bed also on the ground floor - bathroom on the ground floor. Terrace on the ground floor about 10 m². Upstairs a large room with living room and sleeping area for 2 people.
