The house in the woods is a house built in 1902 and renovated in 2016. It is located near Umag, in a small village called Karpijan. If you need peace of mind do not hesitate to come. You will find true peace there. You will be surrounded by nature: the house is surrounded by olive groves, woods and meadows. The total area is over 15,000 m2 and offers you total privacy for your holidays.
The house has been restored preserving the old stone walls maintaining all its style and the appearance of the original 1902 building. It is characterized by a warm and rustic atmosphere with original rustic furniture combined with some slightly more modern contents such as Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning for cooling and underfloor heating. It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is about 2 km away. The city center, with restaurants, bars and various shops, is about 5 km away.

Isolated but well located

Really lovely place to stay. Remarkably quiet and peaceful given how close it is to Umag. Really nice garden too. Would definitely return

Das Haus ist exakt so wie die Bilder es zeigen, kein Weitwinkel war nötig! Es ist sauber, geräumig!

Wir waren für eine gute Woche hier, der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort waren herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir fanden das Haus gut geschnitten, geräumig und ideal gelegen, wenn man kein Beachjunkie ist. Für uns und die Hunde war es ein Paradies! Wir konnten viele Rehe und andere Wildtiere sehen. Unsere Vermieter haben ein sehr sauberes Haus an uns vermietet, das alles an Zubehör hat, was man sich wünscht. Es gab einen Grill, die überdachte Terrasse und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Marjana hat uns sogar mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt! Es waren magische Tage hier!
