We loved the place, perfect location close by to the Atlantic and the Village. Having bikes was a great bonus. The house was very well equipped, we loved the outdoor shower. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Great Place to stay

Olivier was a very nice Host and despite some language barriers we could clearify everything very easily. The Villa is located perfectly within 10 minues walk between the ocean, the bassin, nice restaurants and the supermarket. Equipped with everthing what is needed. On rainy days we enjoyed the whirlpool for an reasonable extra charge. We would come back!

Sehr schönes aber etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Anwesen. Bassin, Ozean und Versorgung fussläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung mit Fahrrädern. Gute Betten. Gute Ausstattung mit zwei Grills Tischtennis küche bequeme Sofas terassenmöbel. Jacuzzi haben unsere Kinder gern genutzt. Klimaanlage war vorhanden aber nicht erforderlich. Insgesamt hatten wir alles was wir gebraucht haben. Wir hatten dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Oliver ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der sich immer um alles kümmert. Besonders positiv in dieser heißen Woche war, dass das Haus über eine Klimaanlage verfügt.

Avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu. Le jardin est tres agréable, la maison est propre. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, meme un jacouzzi! Sejour fort agreable entre famille et amis.

Maison très agréable à vivre, très bien disposée avec une terrasse couverte avec une grande table et un salon dans le jardin pour l’apéritif Le côté nuit est séparé des pièces à vivre, chacun peut avoir sa tranquillité Cuisine ouverte dans la salle à manger très conviviale La maison est très bien située avec l’océan très près Le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionné et ponctuel De très belles vacances !!

Bon emplacement et propriétaire très professional

Tout s'est très bien passé. La villa est très bien équipe et l'emplacement entre le bassin, l’océan et les commerces est excellente. J'avais peur que l'avenue de Bordeaux soit un peu bruyante mais la villa est en retrait et on vie à l'arrière (très grand jardin) et finalement on est vraiment au calme. Propriétaire professional et pragmatic.

Perfect house between dune and village center

Oliviers house is great for a bigger group of people. It is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to the atlantic as well as shopping facilities. The house is nicely set up, well equipped and offers a lot of room for everyone. Thanks again, Olivier, for offering this proper and beautiful house. We would love to come back anytime.

Superbe séjour

La maison est parfaitement située, tout est accessible rapidement. Propre, lumineux, joli jardin, un énorme plus la douche extérieure après la plage. Tout est là pour passer un super moment au Cap Ferret même en profitant et de l’océan et du bassin à volonté! Propriétaire très réactif et agréable. Merci pour ces vacances
