Lovely cottage with everything you could wish for - comfy beds, cool lounge (it was in excess of 30 degrees during our stay) so that was welcome. Garden enabled us to relax with a drink and look over the meadow. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay there again.

Nice location easy access to Bridport and Lyme Regis beach. Easy to find and good parking outside on the road with a Spar shop 1 min walk away. Great if you have a dog as garden is secure and private. Dexters restaurant is a great place to eat staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Cottage was clean and tidy and quirky with some nice little touches and some lovely tea, biscuits, bread and milk left was a kind gesture. Loved sitting in the garden on the patio in the sun or you have an electric canopy if you need the shade.

Thank you for your lovely. We are regulars at Dexter’s too as the staff are lovely and they always give our little dog Tilly a sausage! The garden is quite a sun trap so the electric canopy is great to keep cool. And yes, when you run out of wine, one minute walk to the Spar! 🍾

Comfortable, cosy and very nicely presented. The beds were the most comfortable we've had in a holiday home. The cottage was a good walking distance from the village centre and the host was very helpful and friendly. The cottage was ideal for the 3 of us and our dog.

Lovely stay in Dorset

The cottage was comfortable and cosy, finished to a high standard with lovely decor. Great location on the edge of the town with good walks from the cottage. Also close to the coast and some fantastic costal walks. Proximity to a great restaurant (the Ollerod) was also a bonus.

Beautiful cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing break in stunning countryside. We enjoyed getting out and about but having such a beautiful and homey cottage to return to with a lovely warm fire made it an even more enjoyable break

Memorable stay

The cottage had everything we needed. The back garden looked out over a field and was secluded. So many walks nearby and not far from the beach. The local pubs and cafes were very welcoming and all dog friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
