The apartment was amazing! Clean, spacious and right on the promenade. A great location a few blocks from downtown so much quieter than downtown proper. The host was very responsive all weekend and we had a great stay with our family of 4. Highly recommend!

The apartment was spotless, centrally located and well equipped! The harbor location was perfect for walking to restaurants and touring the old town. We were two couples - the apartment provides two wonderful separate areas with separate bathrooms and sitting areas- just fabulous. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely space with us !

We enjoyed our stay at Riva apartments. Property is very well maintained and clean. It is also in a very central area of Split. The only problem was the wifi, which wasn’t all that reliable.

Perfect Location and View

Great location just beside historic city center and the views are phenomenal! Separated bedrooms and bathrooms make for very private accommodations for 2 couples. Excellent choice for a visit to Split in quiet location and newly, fully renovated flat.

Great apartment in great location! My only complaint was that Wifi only worked in the main living room and primary bedroom. The back bedroom and living area did not have Wifi.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, right on the Riva walk. Beautiful views of the port. Easy walk into the old city. Many good restaurants right nearby, and a small grocery next door - so convenient! Just be aware that a 2nd floor apartment means something different in Croatia - there were more flights of stairs than we were expecting and getting our luggage up to the flat was taxing to say the least. However, it was all worth it for being able to stay in such a well-updated, well-equipped, and beautifully laid out apartment. Communication with the host was top-notch, too!! We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location - wonderful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable property. The 69 steps up to the flat were a bit of a surprise, but the views and access to the promenade activities, eateries, bars and grocery shops were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious except for the compact and efficient kitchen. For new guests, It would help to have a diagram of how to find the flat once inside the building, as well as a resource manual for appliances and recommended activities/ eateries. Communication with host prior to check in was satisfactory as response time was not a concern and check out was very easy. Thanks for sharing this beautiful spot in Split
