Beautiful Villa Jasmina is situated just a minute from the magical beaches in Stanici, near town Omiš. Newly renovated, 4 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, each room with air conditioner can easily accommodate up to 8 persons. The villa is constructed as 2 independent apartments ( each with own bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, day rooms), but only rented by you. No other guests are around.
Entire property is protected with high green fences what will provide complete privacy, and just about 100 m on uncrowded way you can reach the sea ( with small size beaches) where is seaside path for morning activities or nice sunset walk.
Heated pool with massage is situated in front of the villa surrounded with beautiful decking and highest quality sun chairs. Outside dinning area with big barbecue is situated by the pool and green areas around the villa will ensure privacy and your personal paradise. There is grass garden where kids can enjoy as playground.
We have fitness and game room, with one bike, stepper and treadmill for exercise. In game room you can let your kids to enjoy games ( video games, table tennis, or pikado. There will be also small terrace with 2 swing armchairs to enjoy after exercise or after sauna treatment. In the garden there is protected sandbox with toys for your youngest ones.
There is private parking space 35 m from the villa, for 2 cars, that you do not need to worry about where to park the cars.
First market for the groceries is about 250 m from the villa where you can buy most of the groccerises.
Before you arrive we made deep cleaning of all areas , where we use professional cleaning solutions to assure that all germs and bacterias are gone forever :). In the house there is also vacuum cleaners and other cleaning accessories what you can use if you wish.
We are using professional company who check every week the swimming pool where they control quality and purity of the water.
We are also providing hand sanitizers, soaps, and other cleaning solutions that you can feel safe in the house.
In cold days the pool is heated up to 25 C to comfortabele temperature for swimming .

Great house

Good location; close to beach, good restaurants, and a small grocery store. Owner was very active on follow up and house worked really well and had high standard.

Villa Jasmina - peaceful retreat

This property suited us as a group of 4 women as we could all have our own bedrooms. The beds were really comfy and the outdoor sitting spaces were varied and all lovely to enjoy view, pool, lunch, shade. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here as it was spotless and well appointed. There is a steep climb up steps into villa and a steep climb to local shop. We enjoyed the daily exercise. It is in a quiet neighbour hood and very private. We all had a great week.

Beautiful villa near quiet beaches

The villa is almost perfect. New and nicely finished. The garden and pool area are above the average of neighboring properties. The garden gives privacy and is great for hanging out throughout the day. The neighborhood is quiet. The view from the terrace is stunning. The pool is compact but perfect for an afternoon splash. The outside grill and dining are - ideal for evening meals. The house is in fact two apartments with separate entrances and a common garden and pool area. That helps get some private time if needed. Beds are super comfy! Stanici itself is not a larger town or a tourist place. Walking around the place is not the best you can visually experience. The beaches are smaller and quiet, although you may find a very good bar and a restaurant on the beach. The walk is 5-10 min to the water (steep stairs) and about 5 min along the beach to the nice bay with amenities. Staying in Villa Jasmina was a very good experience. My initial tought was that I wanted to come back and that's the best summary!

Super Ferienobjekt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus mit zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig im Ort Stanići und dennoch nah der größeren Stadt Omiš, die man schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Villa

Tolle moderne Villa mit allem was man braucht. Wenn euch etwas besonders wichtig ist, meldet euch vorher beim Host, er antwortet super schnell und ist sehr nett und professionell. Gut zu wissen: Zum Haus kommt man zunächst über eine steile Straße und muss dann eine ebenfalls steile Treppe hoch. Um zu Fuß zum Strand zu kommen muss ebenfalls eine große Treppe überwunden werden. Für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist das Haus leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Villa in Toplage

Wir waren zu viert hier und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Villa ist ziemlich neu und modern ausgestattet und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Besonders gut hat uns die Sitzecke mit Grill am Pool gefallen. Ausserdem befindet sich im Aussenbereich ein kleiner neuer Fitnessraum. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant Espana gleich oberhalb an der Strasse. Der Vermieter war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Danke nochmal an Nedo für die schöne Zeit. Es bleibt nur zu sagen, jeder Zeit wieder.

Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!

Wir haben die Villa Jasmina aufgrund der tollen Bilder zu Ausstattung und Pool gebucht. Aber die Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. In den Küchen ist alles zu finden was man benötigt und selbst Kohle und Holz zum Grillen wurden von Nedo für uns vorbereitet. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es auch ein neues Nebenhaus mit Fitnessstudio, in dem ein Laufband, Ergometer und Stepper zur Verfügung standen - KLIMATISIERT! Der Pool war beheizt und lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Villa ist top gelegen für Ausflüge nach Split und Markanska. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft Nedo!

Bardzo udane wakacje.

Pobyt w Villa Jasmina absolutnie spełnil wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Standart domu i czystość na najwyższym poziomie,kontakt z wlascicielem nawiązany juz przed przyjazdem bez najmniejszego problemu. Nasz pobyt oceniam bardzo wysoko i polecam to miejsce kazdemu.

Great house and location

Great house divided in two apartments, kitchen/living room and 2 bedrooms in each. Kitched ok equipped, but really missed a coffee machine in the house. Nice garden with pool, barbeque and eating area. Wonderful view from the terrase on second floor and a nice lounge. Good location with a few minutes walk to beaches, restaurants and two small grocery stores. Only a short drive/bus trip away from the town Omis with a nice old town, larger beaches and lots of restaurants.

Eines der schönsten Objekte in der Gegend! Für 2 Familien mit Kindern perfekt geeignet. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Sehr netter und jederzeit ansprechbarer Vermieter. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

- outside dining area with barbecue - table for 8 persons great area for breakfast , dinner
- Heated Swimming pool (25C) with massages
- Very close to the sea - only 100 m
- parking lot provided- no worries about parking
- Green garden- enjoy flowers and grass in our garden
- Playground for kids-
- close to the markets and restaurants ( only about 100 m is first restaurant)
- location in small villages, it is not crowded.
-game room - for kids, ( far away from the pool) that kids and you can enjoy
- fitness room for exercise - treadmill, bike, stepper to keep you in shape :)
- sauna - if it is not enough hot for you , there is sauna where can be up to 40-50 C
- We are keeping it very well maintained and clean!
