A typical, detached house in a quiet location in northern Aveyron. Sleeps 2 to 4 people

Land of 3000 m2, peaceful environment.
Recently restored house with a main room of 45 m2 which includes an integrated kitchen with living room and lounge. Upstairs about 20 m2, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a mezzanine sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with wc.
Equipment: dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, freezer, washing machine, TV and DVD player, vacuum cleaner, table and iron. Garden furniture, electric heating.
Linen (sheets and towels, etc.) is not provided.


Near the Aubrac plateaus (22 km from Laguiole), nature in its purest form, and not far from the chain of dams in the Lot valley and Truyère, near Chaudes Aigues, Conques (canoe , fishing and hiking ...)
4 km from Estaing, 7 km from Espalion (all shops, municipal swimming pool)
Located 80km from the Millau viaduct and the Roquefort cellars.
