For reservations of 16 or less, the 4 main apartments will be available.The pool will be open during the summer season. Ask about opening and closing dates.We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar con amigos

Hemos estado un grupo de 16 personas con niños pequeños y la experiencia no puede ser mejor. La casa es tal y como se indica en el anuncio y tener la opción del padel es un extra que suma muchos puntos. La piscina está vallada y eso con niños es algo imprescindible, la zona de barbacoa es amplia y permite, aun siendo un grupo grande, que haya mucho sitio para todos Paco como anfitrión un 10, no han sido más que facilidades, el contacto con la agencia ha sido rápido y fluido Como punto en contra, no tener una zona común genera problemas de logística ya que tienes que repartir las cosas entre los apartamentos y renunciar a cierta privacidad. Se echa en falta un poco más de utillaje para la casa

Schön für Familien und Freunde

Das Gesamtanwesen ist schön gelegen an einer ruhigen Straße. Unser gebuchtes Haus mit 4 eigenständigen Wohneinheiten lag im hinteren Teil. Jede Wohnung ist spartanisch mit Küchenutensilien eingerichtet und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. In einer der unteren Wohnungen besteht allesdings dringend Renovierungsbedarf, die Decke im Wohnbereich sowie in dem Doppelschlafzimmer ist feucht und der Putz rieselt runter aufs Bett, Nachtsschrank und Kamin. Wir haben den Vermieter sofort kontaktiert, er kam am nächsten Tag mit einem Maurer, der hat sich das angesehen und dabei ist es geblieben. Die Familie ist dann 4 Tage früher abgereist, da sich der Zustand verschlechterte. Diese Wohnung dürfte nicht weiter vermietet werden, da sowas gesundheitsschädlich ist. Ansonsten ist es wirklich schön, man ist unter sich, kann gemütlich bis in die späten Abendstunden unten gemeinsam sitzen, im Pool baden oder einfach nur die Ruhe geniessen. Der Pool und die Außenanlage wurden regelmäßig gereinigt.
