Bright villa a stone's throw from the crystal clear sea of Salento, 150 m from the free beach and a few minutes' drive from the most renowned beaches such as Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, located in a strategic position to fully experience the beauties of Puglia . With its large outdoor patio equipped with wooden gazebo, convivial table, barbecue and sunbeds, it is the ideal situation for enjoying a holiday in complete comfort and relaxation. The rooms are large and welcoming.
The furnishings are well-kept. In August the villa, on the first floor, is inhabited by other tenants. The use of the ground floor and outdoor areas remain for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the ground floor. The entrance parking area remains in common, separated from the rest by two gates.
