Beautiful lake house with exceptional view in a private setting near Gothenburg

The 65 sqm cabin has been carefully renovated 2022 and maintains a very high and modern standard of living during all seasons of the year. The cabin is located in a privat setting with excellent lake view and direct access to the lake.

At the lake you will find an exclusive sauna including a partio and a private bathing place for enjoying the lake. The sauna contains a relaxation room and a separate, electric sauna.

Enjoy all seasons in our cabin from spring to the excellent summer location but as well during autumn for collecting mushrooms, enjoying the cosy fireplace or sauna and wonderful walks during the forest or one of the several trekking trails nearby. It is as well cosy to relaxe in our cabin during winter and enjoy our outdoor fireplace with a wonderful view over the lake Mjörn.

The cabin has two sleeping rooms - one master bed room with a king size bed and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed.

The kitchen with a breathtaking view on the lake includes all modern appliances and furniture to provide a convenient stay and to prepare great meals for your family and friends. Part of the kitchen is a glazed terrace with a dining area where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.

The bathroom holds a very high standard with a WC, a spacious shower and underfloor heating.

The living room has a beautiful view over Lake Mjörn and a nice fireplace as well as convenient furniture. In the living room is a bed couch with a queen size bed.

The cabin is located 4 km from central Alingsås where you can enjoy the famous ”fika town” (coffee town) of Sweden. It is one of the few charming cities with a remaining old town with beautiful wooden houses.

The town of Alingsås is 50km away from Gothenburg city with an excellent train connection (30 min) to downtown Gothenburg, which is worth a trip. Discover the great amusement park Liseberg with your family or one of the great museums or restaurants.

Alingsås offers a great location to discover West Sweden with different day trips or nearby excursions. There are a lot of sports activities in and nearby Alingsås like golf, fishing, padel tennis, tennis, fotboll fields and great hiking tracks. The town has a lot of bicycles trails to discover the different parts of the city.
The town has as well a great swimming hall with an adventure area which is great for kids and a nice spa area.
