Come enjoy an extraordinary one bedroom suite nestled on a stretch of unspoiled beach along Florida's Atlantic First Coast located at Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida. This large open 6th floor condo/hotel offers both luxury and space with spectacular direct ocean front views from the balcony, making it the perfect beach vacation. The living area has a large screen TV, dining area, kitchenette with a European full size refrigerator/freezer, convection baking microwave, cook top and dishwasher drawer. The bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a dresser/wardrobe combination offering plenty of storage. The bathroom has garden tub, separate walk in shower, and washer/dryer for those longer stays. Complimentary high speed internet access is also available.
The Hammock Beach Resort offers fine dining at the Atlantic Grill with Oceanfront dining featuring contemporary world class cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
Direct private access leads you onto the beach. Fantasy Pool access is not included in this rental unit.
St Augustine, America's oldest city, is located 20 minutes north, Daytona Beach is 30 minutes south, 1 hour from Jacksonville and 1.5 hours from Orlando airport and attractions.

This was the third year we stayed at Douglas’s place. The water reservoir on the coffee pot was leaking from the time we arrived. Also the flutter valve in the toilet tank broke and my husband had to replace it. We were not able to keep the bedsheets on the topper on the bed tight.

Hotel resort is really nice. However, reading the other reviews, it looks like we were lucky. The person who was giving out the wrist bands for pools didn’t know he wasn’t suppose to give us any. If we were denied access to pools, I would say the price would have been too high. No instructions for tv. I think owners could easily print it out. Without knowing for sure the pool passes are available, not sure I would go back to this unit.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Do wish that the resort amenities were included because the lazy river looked amazing. A little sad we couldn't enjoy that, but overall the stay was excellent.

Property is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest a new mattress and pillows and a full-length mirror. Also, just as notes, it would have been nice to have access to the fantasy pool and the Italian restaurant. And, we were not allowed to rent chairs for the beach which was a drawback. Overall, it is a beautiful property and we were happy with our stay. Thank you.

The property is nicer than the exact rooms on the property and the price is much better. We love staying at Hammock Beach but they have just out priced us. The description online is spot on Everything including the balcony appeared cleaned/swept. They provided everything you might need upon just arriving and then some. The bed was softer than we are used to but we still slept great Thank you so much to the owners for opening up their property to the public and at such an affordable rate for the area We would definitely rent here again

Quiet couples getaway

Perfect for the couples getaway. Everything in the condo is as advertised. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the beautiful sunrises over the ocean every morning. If you're hungry, I'd suggest Atlantic Grille. The fish tacos on the lunch menu are awesome! You can get a table on the patio overlooking the ocean and it's amazing! There are several pools on property to enjoy, as well as the putting course offered for free. The only downside, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, is the beach. There are submerged rocks in the water that can be problematic when entering the ocean. Otherwise, the beach is beautiful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was well appointed, and very clean. Loved the little balcony for morning coffee. The only thing to note is that the main pool at the resort is not included with this unit. But the beach is right there, so that was not an issue for us.

The unit is well-appointed with quality furnishings and appliances. The view of the ocean and resort grounds are an added plus. Douglas and Sharon are very responsive hosts. A great place to visit at a very reasonable price.
