Step through a private, gated portico into a fully updated interior featuring a modern kitchen with granite countertops and a large dining area. The open-concept living space includes tile flooring throughout, large sofa, two leather swivel recliners, and a flat-screen TV—all perfectly positioned for enjoying the spectacular ocean views.

This spacious, three-bedroom, three-bath condo comfortably sleeps six:

Master Suite: King-size bed, large closet, loveseat for reading or enjoying the ocean, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private on suite bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, closet, private on suite bathroom with granite vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and two bedroom windows overlooking the private portico.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds, flat-screen TV, closet, and private on suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub/shower combo.

You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the luxuries of home including coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, blender, dishes, pans, silverware, drinkware and so much more. The unit has an in-unit laundry with iron and ironing board.

We stayed over Thanksgiving break and had family come from Boston and Atlanta. This condo was perfect! Beautiful views, cozy and beautiful furnishings, perfect location! We love helping our guests. Our welcome package provides restaurants, things to do, a recommended grocery list and our cell number for guests to reach us for any additional questions.

Why they chose this property

After looking for 5 years at Florida condos we finally found the condo that as soon as we walked in we knew it was the perfect condo for us. Beautiful ocean view right on the beach, great facilities in the Island Princess and the perfect location in Ft Walton. This condo is one of the very few with a private front entrance, three sets of glass doors with easy access to the wrap around balcony and beautiful ocean view.

What makes this property unique

We stay in our condo a number of times each year. We want it to have all the comforts of our home for us and for each of you. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, nice towels, mats, beautiful comforters, rugs, extremely comfortable recliners and great balcony furniture. This condo has 3 granite bathroom vanities, (2) tiled walk-in showers and (1) tub and shower combination all fully remodeled and beautiful.

This condo has a great master walk in shower, new tile, new mattresses in all bedrooms, granite counter tops in the kitchen and each bathroom. All appliances, pots, pans and dishes you will need for that great meal.
