This bright and welcoming holiday home is situated in a wonderfully quiet area of ​​Marielyst, just a short walk from Denmark's best beach (Elkenøre/Marielyst). It features a living area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator (including a 40-liter freezer compartment), and a small dishwasher. Accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. A selection of Danish TV channels is available. The house offers both enclosed and open terraces overlooking the garden, which boasts dense trees and many sheltered spots. There is also plenty of space for play and ball games. A garden grill is provided for cozy evenings, and a shortcut leads directly to the beach. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
