Very nice property, in very good location. The property was exactly as the photos suggested. Very close to bakery, small supermarket and tabac. Enjoyed our stay very much.
We had a lovely few days at this seaside house - it was spacious, filled with light and very well appointed. It was very clean and the garden was a great size. Even though the weather wasn’t great during our stay, the kids still used the heated pool every day come rain or shine! There were nice shops and restaurants within a short walk of the property as well as the beautiful beach. The host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very quickly.
We had a fantastic holiday here. The house was lovely and equipped with everything you could need. The swimming pool was great and we used it every day. You could walk to shops, restaurants and the beach easily.
The house was very clean and bed linens and towels were provided. Beds were very comfortable.
We did alot of exploring and the local area and countyside is just stunning.
Would definitely recommend this property.
Great swimming pool which everyone enjoyed, warm and clean.
Lots of room in the house with comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating in the open plan living area.
Great location just minutes from the beach, Restaurants and ice creams! Lots of places to cycle to and see locally.
Would recommend and would love to visit again.
Fantastic family getaway
Plenty of room. Clean, comfortable everything you could possibly need! Lovely host very helpful! Thank you would love to return!
Nice house, nice area, quiet but then it was rather out of season when we visited. Lots of quiet corners to hide and relax, good living space, bright and comfortable. Bedrooms a good size and comfortable with plenty of storage. All good. Only issues were too many cracked or chipped plates, cups etc, towels extra and need to be booked in advance, 800Euro cash deposit on arrival (paid back on departure) leaves you with a lot of euros to take back home. Overall good choice.

Perfect location for an enjoyable weeks holiday.
Blessed with excellent weather, we made the most of the good sized pool and garden. The location of the house is perfect for walking to beach, shops and restaurants. Beds a little uncomfortable with thin mattresses and didn't really like having to move the table backwards and forwards when we wanted to eat outside.
The hosts were perfectly charming. However, the home away website says that English is spoken and it is not. It was not a problem as we got by with our basic French, but it would have been nice to know.

Fantastic break
Beautiful house with everything that you would need. As soon as we got there, although not fantastic weather everyone had a swim in the heated pool. We explored the countryside and beaches by day and returned to the pool in the evenings and most nights we ate at the house.
The beds were ok although a little hard, the bedrooms were good size with plenty of clothing hanging space.
Bathroom was good with a shower, twin sinks (no bath) upstairs and a toilet downstairs right outside the downstairs double bedroom.
Kitchen area had everything you would need, everything worked and used it every night, with a little help from the BBQ .
We had a couple of cold evenings and the underfloor heating was a nice surprise.
This is a lovely house and I highly recommend this as a holiday home to rent.
The only down points are that, if you require a high chair take your own, the one they supply is dangerous as it is very old without straps, also we had to pay euro 131 for the electric bill and hire of sheets this was not expected.
But this would not put me off going again.

Perfect in everyway.
Our stay here was faultless from start to finish. The host was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had prior to our arrival and on arrival.
The villa itself was very well supplied, immaculately tidy and well maintained while keeping a family friendly feel.
It is the ideal location if you are looking for a relaxed holiday away from busy life.
All essentials can be bought within walking distance.
We stayed for one week and feel like we had just started to discover the area.
Our group was made up for two families with 3 children under 7 and a baby.
We are planning our return trip already.

Again, a wonderful family holiday!
Everything about the house and the location were excellent and the bathroom had been made even better with two lovely new wash basins...
We enjoyed eating at L'Equinoxe and La Terrasse again and we got bread and croissants every morning from the Patisserie... On the only really wet day, we went to see the tapestry at Bayeux and visited the Museum of Normandy and the war graves near there.
As usual, the pool was fun for the children and we also spent time in the sea and on the sand. The house was very well equipped even having a kettle and a teapot! More egg cups would be the only addition we would suggest.
Thank you for our prompt reception and departure. We love your house!.

Lovely large open plan property with fabulous pool & gardens, perfectly suited for our party of 8
Thankyou so much to Hubert the owner of this fabulous property. Our group of 8 were v comfortable and well catered for in this lovely house - the accommodation is very flexible with a downstairs double bedroom, and additional wc situated just off the large open plan living area (with large comfy sofas). The upstairs acccomodation is equally flexible with a large double bedroom with travel cot, another double, a room with bunks and double sofa bed, and additional spacious mezzanine area with double sofa bed and 2 armchairs, plus large family shower room. The outdoor pool and children's slide/swing kept everyone happy. There is pretty much everything you need at this house including buckets and spades for the beautiful beach which is a short walk away or there is free parking even closer to the beach! The property was v clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Our group was 3 generations of family aged from 14 months to 62. We all had a great time!

Superb in every way!
The beautiful house has everything needed for an excellent family holiday....plenty of space, utensils, crockery, BBQs, swimming pool, 5 bicycles, swing, slide, buckets and spades etc. It is near the sea with a sandy beach, near restaurants (Equinoxe is especially good), near small shops and only a short drive to supermarkets. The area is convenient for visiting Mont St Michel, Coutances and the drive from Cherbourg is around 90 minutes. The welcome was friendly and all in all, we had a marvellous holiday in the sun...
