Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with comfortable furnishings to make you feel like you are at home. High end stainless appliances include French door refrigerator, 5 burner gas range with microwave, dishwasher, in an open kitchen with granite counters. Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is 5 minutes from the medical center and NRG stadium, 10 minutes to Downtown, the Galleria and the museum district. The home has ATT Uverse 300 mps Internet and DTV. There is a 55” high def LCD TV in the living room and LCD TV's in the master bedroom. There is a King, Queen, two Twin beds and a Futon in the Study and a ottoman that expands to a single bed.. There is a dining room table for 6 with a leaf expansion to seat 8. There is a large fenced in backyard.

close to medical center

We stayed for a month while my son was treated at MD Anderson. We had an easy and quick drive to the hospital and also enjoyed the nice, quiet neighborhood for walking. Claire is very easy to communicate with- very quick to reply and very accommodating. Highly recommend this host and her properties.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed for the month of January while my husband was undergoing treatment at MD Anderson. The home is in a perfect location, 10 minutes from the medical center and close to shopping and restaurants. We had all the comforts of home with an updated kitchen and eat in breakfast area as well as full dining room and office/den with high speed wi-fi which allowed me to continue working. The large backyard was perfect to allow our “service” dogs to run and play too. Claire was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful during our stay.

The fire alarm ran out of battery. One of the shower drainage is clogged it drained so slow. The other bathroom is outdated which is lack of light and water run too weak. The dryer door is not closed properly, it needs to be fixed. Other than that everything else seems to be ok

Home Base for Hospital Visits

The location is fantastic! 10mins to MD Anderson, close to restaurants and stores, but the neighborhood feels quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a family to sit and relax.The house has everything we needed for cooking meals - pots, pans, bean masher! Plus games and books.Claire’s communication was fantastic. She sent welcome information and left lists of recommendations. She was very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is an older Houston house, so it has some quirks (like the water temp never being cold), but it mostly has a ton of charm and comfort.

Great stay!

Great location to MDAnderson. We were here for an extended time and I was glad we had a home to stay in. The area was great for taking a walk in the morning, and less than 10 minutes to the hospital. The host was great also, answering any question I had. The people in Houston have been really kind and helpful! Thanks!

Had a good stay

Quiet and safe neighborhood with close proximity to the medical center. Clean beds, towels, dishes, WiFi made it an easy stay for our purpose (family member having surgery at Baylor). The house needs some attention as it’s a bit of an older home, but the quiet and safety of the neighborhood, plus the attentiveness of the host, made it an overall excellent stay.

Perfect place for our family

This home was perfect for my wife and I, our son and two grandkids. We also had another son and his wife visit while we were there. We had ample room for each of us. The fenced backyard was perfect for letting the kids blow off some steam and the patio was a great place for morning quiet time. The updated kitchen was very nice, comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. Claire communicated very well with us about the check in process and anything else we might need. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider this house again next time we're in Houston.

Son’s surgery

This was the perfect place for our family during our son’s surgery. The location was perfect & it was so nice to be able to go “home” at night. The communication with Claire was amazing & always so prompt. Thank you for allowing this to be our home away from home!

A little slice of home

This property was exactly as advertised - a 3 bedroom home with adequate living space - dining room & kitchen table for eating & a spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the fenced in yard gave the kids staying with us room to play. We enjoyed morning coffee on the sunny patio - and took advantage of the grill for cooking! Clair was a wonderful host - very detailed in directions, how to check-in, and lots of great recommendations for places to eat & things to do. We asked for - and were granted - an early check-in time of 2:30 pm. Communication with Claire was quick & easy - we always got a prompt reply!

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

Easy access to many attractions—Rothko chapel, Holocaust museum, Cistern, Buffalo Bayou and other walking paths. Target about 15 minute walk. Only 20-25 minutes to Hobby airport. Great kitchen and back patio.

Restful, spacious and great location

This is our third time to stay in a property owned by this owner. She takes great care of her properties and is very conscientious about making sure guests are completely happy and satisfied. She lives in the area so we can easily check on things. Her listings are beautifully decorated and extremely cozy and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a very nice residential neighborhood and is so close to the medical center that you could walk there! It is virtually across the street from NRG Stadium. So if you are here for that special event or to visit a loved one, your time in traffic will not be so long. It is close to Rice University and the Museum District too. It is easy to get downtown either by the freeway or just taking Main street to the downtown. You could actually pick up the rail by NRG stadium and take it downtown, but we all just drive!

What makes this property unique

You will be staying in a quiet family neighborhood where everyone is out walking their dogs. This property is truly close to everything. We have public transportation in Houston and the bus stop is .3 of a mile away, but in Houston everyone drives. You still could get around by using Uber very cheaply.
