Total privacy in this 5 acres park with fence and gate .
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room ,laundry room.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and a day bed plus its own master bathroom with a large shower.
Bedroom two is a mezzanine and has a double bed and its own bathroom with a tub.

Fabulous - Stunning property in every way!

Stayed at the house with family as we were getting married locally. The house was just perfect - everything you could need or want. The added bonus of the Games room and fantastic weather was superb. Backdrop in the garden for pre wedding photos was perfect & the space meant we could entertain wider family before the wedding. We will most definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thank you for helping making our wedding holiday perfect ❤️

Séjour très agréable

Gérard est très disponible et répond aux questions très rapidement. Nous avons eu droit à une bouteille de vin rosé et de la gelée en arrivant, ce qui est vraiment très gentil. La maison est très grande et le jardin est immense, l’endroit est parfait pour un séjour au calme !

Nous avons passé un weekend idyllique avec un couple d'amis. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 12 ans : un vrai plaisir pour chacun d'entre nous. La maison est chargée d'histoires et d'Histoire et elle respire l'esprit de famille : la bienveillance de Josiane y est pour beaucoup. Au niveau aménagement tout est prévu pour passé un séjour inoubliable : de nombreux jeux en parfait état pour les enfants et les grands (jeu de plein air / Vélos / jeux de société / Wifi), un barbecue fantastique, Je souligne la qualité des literies, particulièrement confortables (nous avons noté le modèle et la marque !!). Une fois la grande barrière fermée, les enfants sont en totale liberté dans un espace clos et sécurisé, à condition de bien surveiller la mare aux poissons rouges, mais Josiane alerte chacun à ce sujet lors de la présentation des lieux. Je pourrais en écrire encore beaucoup tant nous avons passé un agréable moment. C'était trop court, mais comme nous avons également apprécié les sites alentours, nous reviendrons peut-être et relouerons sans aucun doute la maison de Gérard !

Maison au calme, propre, bien conçue et bien équipée. Le contact avec le propriétaire est sympathique, rapide et facile. Nous avons séjourné l'hiver, ce qui permet d'apprécier le charme de la cheminée. Il y a beaucoup de terrain et l'extérieur doit être très agréable en été. Je recommande.

Le séjour a été dépassé toutes les attentes. La maison est belle et assez grand, aussi que le jardin et l'endroit. Très calme, isolé. Quand il faisait chaud au dehors, dans la maison il faisait frais. Nous avons passé un mois ici et nous sommes très contents.

An ideal home away from home!

An absolutely delightful stay in a very well equipped and magical home. The rooms are spacious and each have their own character, all the bathrooms work with adequate hot water, beautiful fireplaces throughout the property which retain its original charm. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities including two different coffee makers! The gardens around the farmhouse are meticulously maintained! Great location to explore Le Mans and the Loire Valley. Highly recommended home!
