Very nice apartment (T2, 40m², on the ground floor of a villa, separate entrance, etc.), completely renovated, with a peaceful garden in the hills above l'Escale, a small Provencal village. Clear view, without vis-à-vis. 10 minutes from the A51 motorway. Small shops in the village, commercial area 3 km.

The apartment includes: a living room (sofa bed, television, DVD player ...) / equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker ...) a bedroom (140 bed), a bathroom bathroom (Italian shower), a covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, games ...). Parking in front of the apartment available. Bed linen provided. Possibility of loaning baby equipment (cot, high chair ...).

Located in the heart of the Alpes de Haute Provence, between sea and mountains (1 ½ hours) near Sisteron, Digne-les-Bains (with its spa), Manosque, the Gorges du Verdon, the Luberon ...

Activities: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canoeing, gliding, fishing, numerous lakes and swimming pools, hilltop villages, Provencal markets, vineyards, lavender fields ...

Non-smoker; no animals.

Price: Between 250 and 350 € / week. Rental possible at the weekend or overnight depending on availability (minimum 2 nights).
